Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in San Antonio

I wouldn't let recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional and bad bad experience. I order an entrée and also the pick 2 via the mobile website. Upon picking my food up the employee at the speaker was very rude and didn't even confirm my order. Unpleasant tone and very unprofessional. After picking my order up and arriving at home 28 minutes later. I notice that they have given me cheddar broccoli soup, no dressing for my salad, and no plastic utensils. I called and spoke to a very unprofessional lady named Brandy. Her excuse was they didn't carry chicken noodle soup even though its an option. So instead of asking me while at the window she made a decision to give me something I didn't order. She was very loud while on the phone and very very defensive. WHAT A WASTE OF STORE SPACE. I remembered the Reuben sandwiches we used to get in Northwestern New York, where they sliced the meat as it was ordered, and weighed it. The pile of meat must have been nearly a pound. My wife brought Schlotzsky's Angus Reuben home today. Impressive big dark bun. I was beyond disappointed. Nowhere on the sandwich was the meat more than 1/4" thick. Around the edges, the thin slices were so scarce you could hardly detect the taste of meat. I should have ordered two sandwiches, thrown away one bun with the kraut, and put the meat and cheese on the first, then I would have had a proper meal. Oh, there was lots of kraut on it, more than meat. How Texas puts up with such puny fare, I'll never know. This is not deli food as I know it. Placed order and given number for order and mentioned to the staff that would like to have our Cinnabon after our meal so it would be warm but about 7 minutes later they bring the Cinnabon and tell us that they weren’t sure when we would want it? Then 15 minutes later we noticed that another diner after us get a meal at the diners looked confused after they began eating and it dawns on me that they got our meal didn’t even ask for the order number they give everybody?
