Generally this place is top notch. Now that I've figured out the app, I order online and when I arrive, the order is usually prepared and wrapped up. The sandwiches are normally, wrapped in their own sandwich/wrap paper, and then the sandwiches are placed inside the outer covering neatly and secured with their Subway stickers. Napkins are also included. And any instructions written in that section, are generally followed to a "T." Do not try to add any special coupons in the app because it will not allow you. And the employees generally are 50/50 about fixing whatever the issue is. I still cannot get them to figure out how to give me my free cookie, (free cookie with sub order, current promotion) through the app or when I arrive to pick up my food. Read moreNot all Subway locations are created equal. This location has consistently been subpar, but today had to be the worst I've experienced. Being the closest location, I decided to give it a try after not ordering from here in a couple of years. Things have only gotten worse. I ordered 5 sandwiches on the app and all 5 had issues. We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches and there must have been a tuna shortage! The amount of tuna in each sandwich was ridiculous. Every other location I've been to puts huge amounts in their sandwiches yet these looked as if it was measured out with a teaspoon, yet we were charged the same full price. In addition, the sandwiches looked as if the employees made them while blindfolded. Seriously, I have never seen such messy sandwiches. I guess they figured we wouldn't see these trainwreck looking sandwiches till we got home and it would be too late. Read moreI went to this subway because it's right by my house. I saw on the app that there is a BOGO deal, so I head there with my partner. When we get there, the app is showing that the store is currently "Offline ordering". I go inside to speak with someone about ordering in store, which is when I meet Jasper, the store manager. I ask him if I can get a BOGO, but he says that everything is moved to the app and that he cannot perform a BOGO function in store. I ask him what "offline ordering" means, and he thinks it's because the system is rebooting. After it rebooted, and I show him that it's still not working, he calls a manager from a different store. He then tells me that we have to wait until 8 am.
