Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Bernardino

My wife and I frequently visit Dutch Bros and other well known coffee houses. We visited this Dutch Bros (Hospitality Lane - San Bernardino) on June 7th and June 8th of 2025 (evening shift both nights). On 6/07 we met Kaley and on 6/08 we met Arianna.

They were both super friendly from the beginning, and once they saw our large dog in the backseat, greeted our dog and were so friendly to him also! Both of them immediately asked us if they could give us a pup cup for him, and we said “yes”! Our pup instantly recognizes Dutch Bros because he loves pup cups!

We ordered our drinks, and both young ladies were super friendly, engaging and talkative while waiting for our drinks. Our drinks were made perfectly both visits, and they were made quickly as well! Even if they hadn’t been made quickly, it wouldn’t have mattered because Kaley and Arianna made us feel very welcome and held conversations with us while we waited!

Thank you to Kaley and Arianna for two great experiences! We will definitely be back! Our drinks tasted great, but even if they didn’t, the service provided was so good, that alone would have made us want to go back to give it another shot! But, the drinks were great, so that just added to our experience!

My girl and I are Dutch Bros fans ever since they started popping up in California. We've been to several, from our local one to the ones in AZ. WE'VE NEVER had a bad experience until we came to this location. Not only did the staff members make us feel like we were bothering them but they were joking and playing around while making our drinks, that they made them wrong. We didn't bother going back because I already knew it didn't matter. We'd probably get attitude or things could possibly get worse. The black girl that made my drink was a little too sure about herself but still screwed my drink up. WE LOVE DUTCH BROS.. but I DONT recommend ANYONE to visit this location. @DutchBros needs to probe this location and replace the staff members before you lose more customers. management You can definitely provide the customer service link you keep sending because I will be contacting corporate. Went there around 6 at night .

The girl taking our order struggled. Maybe she was too cold or something. It’s 50° out. We tried explaining to her co workers in the window that she’s struggling and should intervene but they also ignored us.

Also, menu knowledge needs to be improved on.

I’d be happy to explain to the owner directly.

For Dutch brothers standard an expectations very disappointing.

Once the drink was ordered and received it was good.

Possibly another shift is better which is what usually happens but I don’t live close enough to figure that out.

Like other name brand chains that have this issue I’ll be back here when I’m down for appointments. But if it continues to disappoint I’ll go back to picking up my drink closer to my home with a shift that i know will give me a...
