I cannot say enough wonderful things about Babycakes! Their decadent cupcakes are simply the best I’ve ever had. Every bite is a perfect balance of moist, rich cake and smooth, flavorful frosting that melts in your mouth. From classic flavors to creative, indulgent combinations, they truly have something for every sweet tooth! 🦷 I’ve tried the Chocoholic, chocolate fudge, pumpkin, cinnamon churro, lemon Bavarian, carrot, and Dulce de leche. And there’s still more flavors I haven’t tried! $5.50 for one cupcake OR buy a box of 12 cupcakes for $60.

Went here on a rainy day and they made us smile and delivered us some sunshine. Their flavors are awesome, we ordered 3 cupcakes and they were all great - chocolate peanut butter, chocolate fudge, and carrot cake. We only asked for three but when we got home my wife found 4 in the box with the extra one being Oreo. They must have been generous around Christmas time or saw my wife on crutches since she just had hip surgery two days ago and decided to go the extra mile which we greatly appreciate and made our day since we ended up having company for dinner with one more person it worked out perfectly! Can’t thank them enough! The cupcakes were light and fluffy, icing was dense but not too sugary and heavy. They had a wide variety of flavors and were very speedy! We wouldn’t hesitate to order again either personally or for a corporate event/birthday. I only have a picture of what’s left since we ate...

We were in town for just a day to help celebrate our daughter's birthday, and went to Babycakes on Hillcrest because of the reviews as well as the location so close to the San Diego airport.

The service was awesome. A very warm welcome as soon as we entered, and very courteous and helpful advice on choosing the cupcakes we would take with us. The two people made us feel like we were at a neighborhood bakery that was in our backyard. And the cherry-on-top was that we found that they had tossed in two extra cupcakes without letting us know (found out when our daughter opened the box)!

$4.50 each for the beautifully decorated not-so-small cupcakes was a very reasonable price, and the warmth with which we were served...
