I went in the dine in to purchase food and the kiosk did not have the option to select the valley menu. The mgr a older latino man was very rude to me when I asked him for help. He was very condescending in his approach to help. I was bothering him. He rudely barked at me what do you want? What do want? Hamburger cheeseburger. I couldn't answer quick enough for him. I told him I don't know because I usually would order in the drive thru where the value menu is accessible. He didn't even know if there was a value menu on the kiosk. He could have told me that the kiosk does not offer the value menu. I would have thank him and left. But no! He chose to humilate a paying customer. Unfortunate that Burger King is being represented by a Mgr who is unhappy with his job or just unhappy with the customers who keeps him employed. If I could rate -5 I would. I will not be returning to Sports Arena Burger King. Don't pay $$$$for bad service. Besides being a costumer I’m also a delivery driver, never had an issue with that either for the last 3 years. Tonight I went on the drive thru to pick up an order and the alleged manager told me the order wasn’t there. My protocol on these situations is to contact support so they can contact the merchant and figure out how to solve the issue. The manager immediately cut me off saying that they didn’t have a phone at the store and what I was explaining was inaccurate. She refused to listen to any word that I was saying, repeatedly interrupting me and being rude to me. I’m absolutely never coming back to this store, as a costumer or as a driver, neither is any of my family members or friends. Not very good about hygiene,( washing hands, The Management has a morning shift practice of placing "FAKE" OUT OF SERVICE signs on the lady's bathroom facilities, so that only the female staff may utilize it , most days thru lunchtimes. Thias causes customers to wait longer and upsets customers highly. My Partner (Joseph) and I frequently have a coffee and Sausage biscuit to begin our day.
