I don't usually go for fast food; it's often not very good. But I was pretty hungry and needed something quick before work, so I recently decided to give Del Taco a try for the first time. Their breakfast menu caught my eye, and I was curious to see what they had to offer. I ordered the breakfast wrap with carne asada. When I got to the window, the employee (I think her name was Adrian, that's what is on the receipt) asked if I wanted salsa. I asked if the salsa had cilantro in it, and she honestly told me she wasn't sure, as the packaging only listed "spices." Then she asked if I knew the wrap had cilantro, and that's when I explained that I was allergic. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and immediately offered to have the wrap remade without it. I was so grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond! The wrap itself was delicious! Not only was the carne asada tender and perfectly seasoned, and the eggs cooked just the way I like them (nice and dry), but all the ingredients tasted really fresh. Although I went through the drive-thru, the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained from what I could see. I'm still not sure about the salsa situation (apparently the "spices" are a closely guarded secret!), but I'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu. I'll be sure to do some more research on the food ingredients before my next visit so I don't have to trouble them with remaking my order – I hate doing that! It would be helpful if Del Taco was more upfront about the ingredients in their salsa, especially for people with food allergies. Overall, I was really impressed with my first Del Taco experience. They don’t even honor if your military. Did you even know you get a discount?? A worker That I rarely see that I wish would be there when I go there saw my military debit card and pointed it out and I didn’t know that and the Other workers including the manager never said that were offered a discount and I’ve been coming here a few years now.
The change kathys doing to the place from old management is really bad. And they don’t recognize or appreciate loyal repeat customers. she is really stingy and cheap. I HAVE TO SAY I AM STILL DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE 2 OUT OF 13 TIMES ( I Don't Know How Many Times I Have Actually Visited.) EVERY TIME MY ORDER HAD A MISTAKE. MY VERY FIRST ORDER WAS 12 SOFT TACOS, I THEN RECEIVED 12 HARD SHELL, I had to wait for my order to be remade.

D》 THE TACO ONLY HAS LETTUCE.
The other 3 soft beef tacos,look alright. I keep having an issue with the tacos because I either want to eat the food or I just want my money back. I didn't know that I would have to be there and make sure I can eat anything.
I DON'T WANT TO GO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO REPLACE MY SOFT TACOS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND. Everytime my friend and I have visited this location, we are always having to make sure that our orders are not being ignored OR we are ordering more food to go so we don't miss work or classes, just because we're still hungry.
I KNOW THAT WORKING AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IS DIFFICULT, AND I HAVE ACTUALLY WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF RESTAURANTS. THEY NEED A BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES WHO UNDERSTAND WHAT EACH OF THEIR JOBS DESCRIPTIONS MEAN AND KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH EVERYONE.
