Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in San Diego

ZERO STARS! Wow! Don't ever come here especially if Amaya is working! She is so completely rude! I've never felt less valued as a customer in my life! I came into this location with some friends and ordered the usual and she did not mix it very well... My friend asked her to please mix the ingredients and she looked at her with disgust and asked if she ate some and we hadn't touched it yet because it wasn't mixed which to me is the whole point of cold stone. She then flopped it down and began mixing it with an attitude and just being a snob. She sloppily placed it back into the cup which was dripping and dirty all around and handed it back as it was. My friend and I were so surprised and upset. We went outside and decided we just wanted our money back. When I went back in she would not approach me or even look at me, her coworker who saw the whole thing looked at me but they both proceeded to help one person. After he charged the person and Amaya got on her phone I was helped. He asked me if I wanted it remade and I just wanted to get out of this establishment by then. Me and my boyfriend have been to this cold stone multiple times, the past two occurrences we were super disappointed. Last night we went in 15 minutes before closing. The employee working( brown hair lip piercing) immediately gave us attitude about them almost being closed, had already taken out half of the ice cream flavors to put away, and cleaned the stone top. After a mentally draining day at work I just wanted my go to ice cream and she had put it away. Then when adding the candy she gave us one scoop for a large, then because she had already cleaned the stone top she refused to mix the candy in. Save your money and go somewhere else with better value. The prices are ridiculous and they will stiff on something a simple as a small ice cream. I got a small cheesecake fantasy and the lady making it puts about a teaspoon worth of graham cracker crust, 3 blueberries, and 2 strawberries. I asked for more graham crackers and she charged me an extra $1.50 for add ons.

It was over $10 for a pathetic excuse for an ice cream cup. Go somewhere else where they don’t act like each blueberry comes out...
