Currently staying at the hotel and still have two more nights left in our stay at Embassy Suites, which has this restaurant inside. Our first night here we decided to grab a drink and some dinner for us and our three year old. We ordered milk at the bar and asked if we could sit out in the atrium and get served by restaurant staff which they said aure no prob. We waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement so we went back on the restaurant/bar with our three year old to inquire about the milk for our toddler and a waiter to take our food order. A thin older (late 50s early 60s) Hispanic bartender scolded us for having a toddler in the place. We said we were waiting out in the atrium and no one came and she continues to barate us an our toddler for breaking the law. We get two complimentary drinks every night with our stay but and would have gone there most of the nights for dinner/drinks but we've decided that this hotel can keep their complimentary drinks to this awful place and we will happily pay for an experience anywhere else. Have to wait for 10 mins before u can catch somebody's eye to ask for anything.... No tissues provided .. No water given .. Gotta ask for everything... Since I am staying with the hotel...
