I submitted an order online and my order was not ready at the time it was suppose to. As a matter of fact they had not even begun to make it yet. I can understand if they were super busy but that was not the case, there was barely any people there. So they tell me they're gonna start working on it and it'll be a few minutes. I walked out for a few minutes and came back in to pick up my order then im standing there for litterally 2 whole minutes not being acknowledged whatsoever while they're standing there in a group having a conversation not work related because I can hear what they're talking about. Finally one of them points towards me to another worker, he comes over and asks me for my name. He goes to look for my order and can't find it so then goes back to the others and asks if they know where my order is and they all respond no and carelessly go back to the conversation they're having. They guy helping me finally finds my order and tells me that he couldn't find it because the one who made it did not care to throw in the receipt in the bag. Im ready to walk out when I noticed the chips I paid for weren't even in the bag so then I had to tell him my chips were missing and tells me to grab them.
What kind of service is that?
I also noticed the floor behind the counter was a mess and kitchen is filthy.
Whoever manages this location needs to go over there and check this location because this is exactly how you start losing customers. I suggest you guys pay attention in who you hire because those people running the business right are destroying your image.

Read moreThis is the worst Jersey Mikes Location I have ever been too. Constant problems and complaints. Not once has the store reached out to apologize (I have sent email after email after email to corporate). I have had issues on not being given what I ordered (light juice and the sandwitch has so much oil it’s inedible), someone stealing my order off the wrack and them having to remake it. To having to wait 20+ minutes to get my order. I have been to 7 other Jersey Mikes and have never had this problem. Considering I know the owners for three other locations they would never allow this.
Today I placed an order ahead of time. I show up late on purpose because this store is always behind schedule.
I walked up to the counter and gave my name for my order. 20 minutes later they still have not brought me my order or asked anyone else in a line going out the door for there names.
While allowing people to skip the line to buy chips.
An order with a pick up time of 10:46 and I don’t get my order until 11:26 PM. They are severely understaffed. They had a line out to the door of takeout orders. The poor family behind me also had to wait 30+minutes for there order after the scheduled pick up time. I don’t know about you but I only have 30 minutes for lunch breaks.
The philly Cheese Steak sandwitch is cold and once again the Cali Club I ordered for myself (Light Juice) is so soggy that’s it’s inedible. I ordered 2 (3packs) of cookies for the family and they only gave me 2 cookies. I just called the store to ask for the manager and was hung up on before I even got a person. I ordered over the phone and when i got in there while I was waiting in line I was watching the people making the subs. one of the guys on the line was literally dripping sweat, I watched beads of sweat drip off his face down onto the line (which literally had a sandwich on it). he was also reaching up and touching his hair and hat with his gloves on and then touching the sandwiches again. I would also like to point out that no one else in there was sweating like this or looked nearly as uncomfortable, the temperature also felt pretty normal to me. I understand that its unreasonable to expect people not to get hot and sweat at work but it was disgusting and very inappropriate for someone to literally be sweating on peoples food.
I called and asked to talk to a manager because I didn't want to write a bad review. and I told the manager about my experience. he didn't seem like he cared at all. based on how he responded im assuming that upon hanging up the phone he didn't give it a second thought. he did ask my name and say that next time I come in he would offer me two free subs however, why would I want two more sweaty subs? he was quick to get off the phone and get me to stop complaining rather than sharing my concern over the unsanitary conditions. this place was very disgusting and I recommend driving the extra two miles to a different...
