Great meals, great macros, reasonable price, and a very responsive owner! I like that they rotate the menu each week, and after two months using this service, I’m still enjoying the meals I get each week.

I started with the 21-meal plan for a few weeks, and there was enough variety there to keep me happy, although I’ve since settled on the 14-meal plan, which gives me some room to do a little cooking and eat out here and there.

When I first left this review, I said that between the meal quality, the online ordering system, and the delivery timing, I thought this was a solid 4-star business headed to 5-stars, but they’ve since made a few changes that have put them in clear 5-star territory: improved cooking consistency, more consistent delivery timing, and best of all, more vegetables!

As someone who has ordered from a ton of meal delivery companies like trifecta, CookUnity, daily harvest, hello fresh, hungry root, you name it…this has been the best one I've come across. The food is the most delicious I’ve had and it meets my macro goals perfectly. Savannah is more than accommodating and I can finally say I look forward to eating my meals now. I used to dread eating because I either had to cook/prep it myself or if it was a meal service as mentioned above, they weren’t tasty and I’d end up craving something else anyway. These meals satisfy me all day and I feel strong at the gym since I’ve eaten the right amount of protein/carbs/fats etc. If you are ever visiting San Diego (like me) or you live here, order from Savannah. I’ve tried tons of meal prep companies over the last five years, and I’m not exaggerating when I say Macro Meal Prep San Diego is hands down THE BEST!! The food is so delicious that it feels like you're indulging, yet the meals help you easily hit your protein goals. I really look forward to getting these meals, and the quality is consistently top-notch.

The owner, Savannah is super sweet, and her customer service is exceptional. Plus she genuinely cares about helping her customers achieve their goals. The delivery people have also always been professional, easy to work with, and reliable.
