i went to order and stated i had a nut allergy and asked if they were able to change their gloves and just wipe down the pan (where they assemble the crepes +add nutella)…the person working immediately looked annoyed and then them and another coworker told me they can change the gloves and spatula (?) but they can’t guarantee any cross contamination on the pan…and i asked to clarify if they would be able to clean the pan and they said no lol. very weird as any other restaurant/dessert place has never had a problem with cleaning or wiping down a certain appliance in reference to an allergy. my friends even noticed from the beginning the persons attitude and after they told me that they couldn’t clean the appliance they decided we should go somewhere else. one of my other friends went to the bathroom quickly before we left and heard them whispering about the situation....

Interestingly inviting creamy texture on my tongue. Obviously, I don't know what real ice cream is because I still love Baskin and Robbins but my 10 year old thought this was the best cream she ever tasted in her life. The price for the amount of what you receive is definitely value of high value.

The crepes looked delectively divine. I love the concept of this ice cream spot and although I did not try the vegan ice cream I was tempted, but I love cream, milk, and sugar.

Have you ever tried Bird Rock coffee that is their specialty partnership. I almost got the ice cream with the Bird Rock coffee but I just couldn't quite do it.

I would love to try one of their specialty treats. The line was long but moved very quickly. Customer service was with a smile...

Visiting here from the UK. We love our ice cream and this has to be the best ever. Not vegans but both of us had the vegan dark chocolate. What an experience, it was fantastic, creamy and rich in chocolate flavour. Have been back every day and will be back all week until we fly out at the weekend. The young staff are wonderful, so refreshing to see smiling faces of young people happy in their work. Can be a little wait because it is so popular but that's a very positive thing and the wait is very well worth it. Looking forward to our next visit, hope they keep going successfully,...
