Wasteful & ASININE experience. Paying customer, walked in at 6:20pm + and after I paid & left a $5 tip. I asked to use the restroom (it was going to be a quick #1) and was told itâs a health code violation to allow me to use the restroom as they were using bleach on it to clean it and the restroom wld remain close as they close at 7pm. Why are you selling beverages + taking my money and the facilities (restroom) are not available during business hours? That sounds like a health code violation. The only reason I went in to give them my business was because I saw the restroom opened so I bought beverages for myself and family and the restrooms were blocked with a cart during me ordering. The person cleaning the restroom was mopping behind us and got my daughter with the mop- they were in such a rush to close they just mopped over us ⌠we were only ones in line, surely they could have waiting a brief second before they started mopping. Whoever the owner of this Starbucks is should hire people that will wait until they stop selling beverages to start closing duties in the restroom. Also a weird thing- I asked for tea and was told they are not allowed to serve hot water because people are throwing them at the baristas. Theyâre serving hot coffee so wouldnât that also apply? Came in around 330pm on a Sunday, after getting my families drinks they started rushing everyone out of the store stating they were closing at 4pm because "someone was sick" they wouldn't tell us who or what the illness was when asked. Just said that the owner told them they needed to close immediately. This is super concerning that they wouldn't tell us what the illness was or why this was so urgent. Understandable if it was an injury or closing because of short staff but they specifically said someone was sick and wouldn't further explain. Would like to know what this urgent illness was to tell everyone to leave and shut down the store so urgently. Myself and my family are concerned that we could have been exposed to something as we drank coffees and ate there and used the restroom and aren't sure if it was an employee that suddenly became ill that was potentially handling our food and drinks.    Read moreOne of the worst starbucks I've ever been too. Poor guy was the only one working while the Manager and another employee was in the back chilling. When the guy finally went to the back to say he needed help cuz it was so busy. The manager came out looking super annoyed and rolling his eyes. The other employee seemed clueless like she had no idea what she was doing and she was supposedly a supervisor. I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order I placed online. And it was only one drink. SMH. To the manager; get your shit together. Your the manager. It's your store. Don't be annoyed u have to help your only clerk on the counter. Jump in and help. It's your job. If your having someone supervisor like the girl you were in the back chopping it up with, then I can see why this is the worst starbucks I've ever been too. And it's not even that busy!
