If I could give this subway negative stars I would. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I ordered online, I got 3 meals. One was a kids meal, the other was steak and lastly a veggie patty. The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, the weren't. Not only that but the meat and the veggie patty werent even warmed up. They were cold. If I get food poisoning I'm gonna go why and from where. I saw that guy that was finishing up our sandwiches and he looked like he didn't even want to work there. He was white redhead. I also asked if I could have a side of ranch and he said "yes ill get it right now" I turned around to get my drink and chips and he started doing something else. The Hispanic girl shouted asking me as she was behind the counter if i was there for the online order. I said no. she then said that they were closed. I told her the sign says 9pm they close. she said they are closed cause she had been there all day working. I left and took my business else where. I could care less that you had been there all day talk to the manger/store owner if you can't do it you should stay open when your sign says your open. During my visit, I found the manager to be rude and inattentive. It seemed as though they were rushing us through the ordering process, which made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. Furthermore, despite our request, the staff did not toast our sandwiches, which was quite frustrating.
