Been 1 other time pretty recent, service needed help but pizza was decent so my family of 4 and I decided to drive 30 minutes in the rain this passed Sunday to have some more pizza! My 2 little ones and wife all passed out so i decided to head in 1st use the restroom and get a table. And heres where our trip got ruined! 2 younger people were ahead of me as i was walking in. Security walked right passed them without acknowledging them and I was already in the door and he called me back outside and asked for my ID. Its 5:00 p.m on Sunday evening and I asked is it 21 and up only because i have 2 children that I would like to bring in. Security says no but i just need to see your ID. Then i asked about the 2 other people that just walked in before me and why he didnt ID them and the fact if its not 21 and up only why he needed to ID me at all? His answer was that they work there and he just needed to see who is gonna be drinking? Without even asking me if i was going to be drinking at all . Which I wasnt because im driving my family and its raining. So I handed him my ID just to get this over with, I'm over 30 yrs old and look it. Then he tells me "dont make me go tell your security guard at your work" he gave a name but not needed here, i was wearing clothing from another restaurant and I guess he just assumed i worked there and not sure what that meant either so I just blew it off and walked in to use restroom and as i was washing my hands the people he didnt ID both went into 1 stall together and locked the door. Either they were both very sad and crying or they both had very runny noses because they both started sniffing hard and loud! So i walked out went outside and told the same security guard what was happening and his exact words were "if they are gonna do it they are gonna do it" so i replied good job securing the place im not bringing my family in here...

I don't normally write reviews online, but I was so impressed with the quality and preparation of this amazing food, that I just had to share. After receiving a flier in the mail I decided to give them a shot. I think it was their logo that caught my eye, surfing the sandbox, clever. We ordered delivery. The BBQ Betty was choice #1. The crust was light and crispy, the bbq sauce smokey and savory, the bacon, well it's bacon, it was very lean though, fresh onions, and the piece de resistance, banana peppers. I've never seen them put on a pizza of this sorts, but it was truly incredible. 2nd the Protein Salad, just sheer perfection. Next delivery involved the Vintage Charlie SoCalzone - crazy good, and I don't like sausage, The Wedge Salad and the Super Cheesy Bread - I did have to spend extra time in the gym, but it was soooo worth it! Now, I'm going to have to actually go to their location, I hear it's great. But if they keep delivering me these fresh, hot, awesomely tasting dishes, maybe I'll just stay home and watch Game of Thrones.... Hope you enjoy as...

Would gladly give 5 stars if i could just rate the security gaurd, he's the only employee that shows customer service in that business. Stopped in around 7:30pm to grab a pizza with our kids, we were told they don't allow kids after 7pm, no problem we would have gladly went somewhere else, but they seated us and said they would make an exception since we were in shortly after 7. We chose our table and then proceeded to watch the 3 servers dodge us like the plague for over 30 minutes, while they socialized with their drinking tables. The table next to us already had their food and were commenting/laughing about how ridiculous it was that their server hadn't come back to check on them since we sat down with the kids. It's fine to not be kid friendly, we dont judge your business decisions, but either get some more attentive servers or just say your servers don't like children and save us the hungry kid problems that...

I love this restaurant for the food, the atmosphere and the most positive bathroom I have ever been in. I am blown away at the fact I went into this bathroom not knowing what treasures it will hold and the feeling of tiredness that led me to not feel well about myself after a long workout. However, once I journeyed into this bathroom. The feeling was exercised from my body and happiness replenished me. The body positive vibes were placed everywhere within the bathrooms walls like Easter eggs in the spring. Each of the ones I spotted left me feeling happier than the last. If you are looking for an outing, a sports game, a drink with friends, or a change of emotion. Seek no further, for the sandbox is the place you must enter. Let the fake plants welcome you and the alcohol as well as the bathrooms vibes bring you great joy.

Came here on a Tuesday night, the vibe is laid back but does have a luminous side to it. The pizza was cheesy and very flavorful. The wings were not my favorite as they were fatty. The flavoring of the crust wasn't bad. They have a few options for sauce too. There chicken tenders were made to perfection crispy and juicy. The bar area was nice and clean and the vibe was nothing but good energy due to the bartenders. There mocktails were delicious. Their restrooms were clean and no bad smells and very vibrant. Definitely caters to some good selfies. Parking is limited but there is paid parking. If the lot is full you'll need to find parking along the street. Sandbox Pizza is a nice place for pizza lovers. Would be a great place for a casual chill spot to meet friends or a date night. I recommend giving this place a try.

Went here on a Thursday for trivia night, and it was quite a great experience. The cocktails were lovely, but there were no prices on the cocktail menu, which made it very easy to go down a cocktail rabbit hole. We got excess baggage cocktail that could definitely be enough for 2 to 3 people. Our waiter was nice, but she was very hard to get a hold of most of the night as it got very busy, so I would recommend ordering multiple drinks at a time when it's busy. The food was good and a good portion size. The wedges were a little too big for me they were more potato than crispy but still enjoyable. Overall, it was a great place for chill vibes.
