I'm giving two stars because my previous experiences weren't awful, but after tonight, the icing on the cake of mediocrity, I won't return. The service is unprofessional, the manager on duty (I assume) was extremely rude and argumentative, and I left feeling more stressed than I'd been all week after their constant arguing with me about everything down to the paint I had chosen that she refused to use, even tho I asked her twice, because, I guess, she thought other sparkles would look better. Not interested in paying for medicocre pedicures and arguments over what I want. It takes a valiant effort to get me to write a negative review on a business, but they earned it and more. They're lucky they got 2 stars, because tonight I'm feeling like 0, and, apparently, by the way their ratings have dropped, others feel the same. Don't waste your money and time here. Edited: Your review shows the same attitude that was shown in the shop, that y'all are right and everyone else is wrong and silenced. It's not surprising. I was collected thru the whole appt, as I was being ignored and dismissed repeatedly. And you are correct, I have asked for and received permission to paint my fingernails b4, as I don't like manicures. Your employee felt it appropriate to SCREAM at me about it this time after I complained about my experience. Everything you say shows the lack of customer service and communication, or you'd know the actual circumstances. There's many nail salons in the area with considerably higher reviews, I hope you get assistance with the attitudes...

Once I got there, they sat me down with a girl I had never seen before. She was clearly surprised when the receptionist told her I had asked for french (this was disclosed when I made my appointment). She had no idea what she was doing. When she removed my original set it was messy and not completely off before she put another set on. Each nail was a different size and shape. She was coughing on me the entire time. The other nail techs began to notice how bad this was going and one had to step in to reshape the nails. Once they were shaped they told me that french would look bad on this size/shape and that they could do chrome instead. I told them I specifically wanted french for my graduation photos. After 2 hours of wasted time, they offered for me to come back the next day to get a removal and new set. Dylan did the new set and he did a great job as always. Once I went to check out, they took off 10% for having to come back. I appreciate how nice they were about the whole situation, however they put a loyal customer with someone who clearly did not know what she was doing, and only took off $7 for wasting 2 hours of my life. I was a loyal customer but I am not sure I would go back after this treatment or recommend...

The last time I came Denise was not there and I asked Michael to do a very simple design. He started to speak very loudly to the other nail tech and his body language definitely made me feel like I was unwanted there. Another young lady offered to do my nails and I told her I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave however she made me feel a little better and I went ahead and stayed. My nails had to be done by two people (The design was just a smiley face⦠nothing huge). I spent 2 1/2 hours in there⦠not waiting just getting my nails done. I get home and my nails break one after the other. I went back and they fixed them and later that day- they broke again. My complaint here is that I was made to feel like I was a burden on them, the quality of my nails were unsatisfactory. I should not have to constantly return to fix my nails. Iām a writer not a construction worker. Iām not sure if it was due to the color of skin but I felt so uncomfortable that I will not return there.
