Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in San Dimas

Friday November 26th, 2021. I had been suffering from a massive grand mal migraine for the past 3 days. I decided to treat it naturally and drive to this Nekter for my usual migraine healing treatment. A 32 oz. Glass of fresh beets with one orange added for taste and benefit. When I arrived I placed my usual order with the blonde girl whom I believe is a new manager-in-training and she flat out refused to make my custom drink since she said she didnt want to make it with only beets. As she railed at me the blood vessels in my skull began pounding and my vision became blurry I chunked up the peace sign wheeled around in silence and left. I drove to the nearest Nekter where they made my drink just as I needed it. I am drinking it and making this review after which I will give THAT OTHER Nekter 5 stars, there. Thanks for giving me the strength to carry on other Nekter. Never usually have an issue here I’ve been coming here for smoothies because I can’t have solid foods. I always ask for my drink double blended usually not an issue, Today a lady that looked like the manager or supervisor asked me if I wanted to drink water I said no I just want it double blended. As I watch them make it I see them blend it only once and I hear her audibly tell the employees when they ask for a double blended just use less ice because they want it watery. Upon hearing this I ask her is my drink double blended they both look at me she speaks over him and says yes they hand me my drink watery and not double blended. Dont understand the stubborn nature of the lady who micromanaged my order but it was pretty annoying as the drink was not only really watery, never usually comes like this, but they lied to my face....

Just ordered 2 juices at this location. Waited for about half an hour, for 2 PRESSED JUICES that should take less than 10 minutes. The juice literally only had 1 ITEM, and it was Celery. Two customers ordered behind me in line and got their orders before me. When I asked the girl working what happened to my order, she has audacity to tell me “we’re getting started”. I waited for another 15 -20 minutes and guess what, they’re still getting “started” on my order. Worst service I've seen in a while. I’ll never come back to this location again.
