Costco Food Court — Restaurant in San Dimas

They never have enough people working the counter.They changed the system.So you have to order first and then stand in line.But it takes just as long or longer to get your order than it did before they put in the self ordering system. I think they put that system in and then scaled back on the staff which sucks for the customer because costco created friction in my experience, even if you are saving one head count per day in the food court.

Also I used to love costco pizza and now it's just bland. They changed the sauce, they change the dough to lesser quality. They hardly give you any cheese now. They don't have the combo pizza anymore. The pepperonis dry, the sausage is dry.

Sure, it's a great deal for ten bucks. But damn, I remember when costco pizza was delicious.And now it's not. FYI, I was an OG cashier for 2-years in the mid 80s at the #4 store in Inglewood. It was Price Club back then. Ahhh, good times. Loved...

What is up with the random computers in front of the concession stand? The lines don't make sense anymore and I don't find that they are any faster. I also don't know where to stand and wait. Janely and Stephanie need additional training in customer service. Both were rude and dismissive.
