WaBa Grill — Restaurant in San Dimas

Waste of time. I made a pick up order for 6:30pm on 9/14 for right when I get off of work. Got to the store and called the curbside # to get my order. The girl who answered made it found like she lost my order or something? She said my order would be out in a FEW minutes in a confused tone. As I sit and wait 3 other people who did not have online orders went in- places their order waited for it to be made and then walked out and drove off. I know this because I could see through the window of the waba grill. Finally I get an email that says my order has been completed yet my order was never given to me. I go inside, ask about my order. It’s not ready- she has to get everything together still. What’s the point of setting a pick up time if they don’t care about it?! On top of that- food was cold and the...

Horrible. My husband and my pregnant self walked into this establishment an hour before closure and were told that we could not order in the store. We were told that they were only excepting online orders at that time. So we walked back to the car and placed an online order. However after I placed an online order, 2 customers walked in after us and was able to order in person at the establishment. Also the online order I purchased was not complete, I was missing items. I still got charged the full amount. This is very unacceptable. Whomever the manger is needs to retrain or hire some different employees because that type of service should not be allowed or tolerated. This location used to be pretty good. Unfortunately, in the last several months it seems to have gone down hill. We have issues with order accuracy (despite ordering in the app so there is no misunderstanding), and the food doesn't taste fresh. The chicken was dry and tough and the dumplings tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time and reheated. I decided to try one of their new tacos. It was literally 2 bites, so not worth the price they have listed on the menu. I think tonight may have been the last time we eat there for a while.
