Bella Cafe — Restaurant in San Francisco

Bella Café is an absolute gem in San Francisco! I stopped in for a coffee and was blown away by how good everything was. The Illy coffee is excellent—smooth, rich, and perfectly made. My cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

I also tried their antipasto plate, and it was outstanding. Freshly sliced meats rolled and plated beautifully with roasted peppers, olives, grapes, basil, and shaved Parmesan. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, like something you’d get in a little Italian café.

The dessert case is a showstopper. Each pastry looks like it belongs in a bakery window in Europe. I had a lemon tart, and it was perfectly balanced—tangy, sweet, and light. Next time I’ll definitely try more of their pastries because they all looked amazing.

The café itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy.

Whether you’re looking for a quick espresso, a light lunch, or a beautiful dessert, Bella Café delivers. Easily my new favorite café in San Francisco, and I’ll be coming back every chance I get....

Stumbled upon this place, and it fully lives up to the 5.0 rating! It has immaculate food, impeccable service, and an authentic Italian aesthetic. It’s tucked away with a chill, cafe atmosphere as well. They went above and beyond to not only make one of the sandwiches vegetarian (even though there is other vegetarian options), but customize to my liking as well. The focaccia sandwich and Pinsa Romana were tasty and perfectly filling without being too heavy; Topped off with a decadent opera cake that made it the perfect meal. I got tea and husband got coffee and we both were very happy. Didn’t get food but we both thought the pastries looked very promising.

Husbands cappacino was excellent. I’d originally ordered a matcha but after being told it was sweet, the barista suggested a london fog with a green tea foam. It was fantastic.

Service was on point both with taking our order and the barista checked in to be sure I liked my order.

Space is cute but small. Quiet. We only stayed a few min. Bathroom was clean.
