Wake Cup — Restaurant in San Francisco

Had just tried Wake Cup shortly before Shelter-In-Place and it has now become a quarantine staple! Their breakfast sandwiches are the best in the Haight(Don’t forget to order them Super, w/ avocado, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach. The combination is truly otherworldly). Wake Cup’s espresso drinks are well-made, on par with Ritual or the Cafe at Haight Street Market (my other go-to’s for coffee). They have lots of delicious tea and boba options as well! I like the lychee green tea and I recently got their taro bubble tea which blew my mind it was so good. Wake Cup’s to-go window makes it so you do not have to enter an enclosed space whether you’re placing or picking up an order. Their staff is incredibly friendly and knows us by name and remembers our order! Definitely don’t sleep on this place if you live in the neighborhood, are ordering food to be delivered, or are just passing through. It’s a local business that...

nice place to get a boba and lunch. I got the tiramisu latte (came with a cookie!!) with 50% sugar and boba, my friends got different milk tea bobas and banh mis.

The boba... we tried each other's and couldn't stop saying "the coffee is coffee" and "the tea is tea" 😆 which means to us that the flavor tasted like real tea/coffee, not premade or anything. The tiramisu latte had a strong coffee flavor and tasted very fresh and good!! I loved the non-sweetness but if you are expecting a sweet treat make sure to get 100% sugar, they don't overdo it with the sugar here :)

The boba texture is good but not very sweet which I actually do prefer sometimes. It could be better but I was satisfied Overall great and can't wait for...

This place is always so great, I only wish they were open longer!

Their boba has a good flavor and consistent texture, and their tea isn’t watery at all like a lot of other spots-The flavor really comes through in every drink, especially their jasmine tea drinks.

I really appreciate how extensive their menu is and the variety of drinks. They also have some interesting combos I don’t usually see at other boba places, like offering fruit milk tea combos, london fog earl greys, etc. I wish more places had these types of options. Another great thing here is that their drinks are never too overly sweet in my experience, just the right amount if you get regular sweet.
