Relax Nails — Local services in San Francisco

I have never had a bad experience at Relax, Carlina and the rest of her team are outstanding. They spend a long time perfecting the shape of the nail, trimming any cuticles and always ensure the polish is perfect (and the color is to your liking.) That being said, they are quite efficient and always make sure you're fully satisfied before leaving. The salon takes cleanliness very seriously - every time I've been they take their equipment out of a UV cleaning machine, and the nail files or callus removers are brand new for each use. I highly recommend Relax, and personally I wouldn't want to go to any other salon in the city.

I hate leaving bad reviews but my finger nails are still hurting from my acrylic removal today. I didn’t have the best first impression because nobody said hello when i walked in but i was in dire need of getting these nails removed (bc they were too long for me). The lady told me to dump all my nails in acetone and now my finger skin is peeling. I pulled back many times bc my nails were burning hot and she told me it was normal. I looked up later and it is NOT supposed to hurt to get acrylics removed. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and i really regret going there now. My nails are still red and hurting.
