Kung Fu Action Theatre — Restaurant in San Francisco

This place is very disrespectful of the residents above them,they use booster speakers and keep turning them up as the hours pass, by 10 they have people inside and out drinking, they have no control over the people that go in there.it needs to be closed down. The motel across the street from them is losing money because of this place. No one wants to get a room that faces this place. We have talked to the owner and he blames another store in the same block. Tho they are not open when this place is except special occasions but they do not crank up the bass. This place should be closed down or move to another location that has no residents above them or...

This bar is really cool on the inside! If you're ever in the neighborhood at night, this place will truly feel like a safe haven. David the bartender, as well as the other people I met inside, were fun to talk to. I wish I had taken pictures of the place because it's hard to describe the aesthetic without experiencing it yourself. I'm almost resistant to review because I like the idea of it staying semi Insider but more than willing to Hype them up because it's such a great spot. A gem in San Francisco and very much worth navigating the tenderloin for. David is a rockstar and the staff is excellent with such a cool environment. Make it your pre stop before the after-hours dance parties that have been popping up in the TL. Be warned it doesn't get hopping...
