If you're nearby and you want a quick, cheap slice of Pizza that is decent quality and seems to be made by old school/ Old World Italians who keep doing this here, then go and give it a try!

If you live nearby, it is one of the best options you have for slice Pizza. It is in the grand scheme of San Francisco one of the best and most unique Pizzas of the Average Pizza Slice type of Pizza in the City.

It is far from one of the greats and there is probably no one saying they are. Good for them that they exist. Worth checking out once at least if you're in the area. I say this after trying 71 places in San Francisco alone and after making it into the Top 10% of Pizza Reviewers on all of Google since May 2022, but who am I?

Maybe you know better than me on this topic and somehow you are able to ignore the fact there is extremely good Pizza in San Francisco and this is no where near one of them at all.

I'm not going to lie. Every time I plot to go to San Francisco, for what ever reason, I think of Piraat's 'Mission Pizza' and if it's feasible to swing over and get one, it's that good. I always get it with thin crust. In fact, I recommend anyone getting pizza to get thin crust, brings out more flavor. They have high quality chewie cheeeeeezzzzz. I was on a photo shoot for Piraat and took a bunch of photos for them and this was my hands down, favorite; have to have it when I come to the City Pizza. Mission Pizza is made with tasty Chorizo sausage, jalapenos, tomatoes and chopped green onions with red sauce. If you like spicy, you will love it. It's cute Italian pizzeria atmosphere. ...I hate to admit I'm a bad daughter. I brought some home for my mom, and justified why I needed to eat it instead before I got there. Bad kitty. Live a little and go for the large. -Stacy Poulos...

Came here for lunch and the experience was grueling. Their receipt machine wasn't working and the couple(?) that ran the restaurant were pretty much fighting about it in front of me. The pizza came to me and was SOAKED in grease and oil, and VERY large (I ordered a slice btw). It was so big I couldn't pick it up. Thank god they gave me a knife and fork (though the pizza was hard to cut through as well).

A man came in asking if the shrimp pizza was any good and the woman in charge at the time kept saying "I don't know I've never tried it". How unprofessional. Another man came and asked how much a beer was and it took her maybe 10-15 minutes to him the beer.

The couple asked me how my pizza was about 3 times and it was irritating but also concerning.

I found myself struggling to eat the last bites of my pizza. Just really greasy and...

Went to order a pizza in-person after seeing online orders would charge the shop a commission. I believed walking in and waiting - saving the shop money - would be a nice gesture. Well, they ended up charging me about $10 more than the online order price. While waiting for my order, I noticed the difference and asked if a mistake was made. I was told the card was charged correctly and nothing could be done. I walked them through the online order and they agreed that the price was different but declined any kind of compensation. They even declined to throw in a slice of cake I had inquired about before ordering my pizza. Went out of my way for the benefit of the shop and ended up being charged significantly more (31% more to be exact). Needless to say, I won’t be going back. Also, the pizza was not bad - quite greasy but taste was ok.
