Cool Hope Creamery — Restaurant in San Juan

I ordered an ice cream with 2 scoops. The employee asked "2 scoops?" and I said "yes". She proceeded to put 2 scoops in two separate cups and then charged me for two single scoops which costs more than one cup with 2 scoops. After explaining that I ordered a cup with 2 scoops, she started to talk to the other employee about it and neither of them made any effort to understand the situation or accommodate us. The first employee did not admit the fact that she was the one who messed up our order and the second employee was basically like "so you don't want this then?" in a very rude and agitated way. We ended up paying for the two single scoops and left. Not sure why they would treat customers like trash over a few dollars. Will never come back here again and advise others to stay away. Came here for brunch and would recommend not to come here for that. Everything took forever. Took 10 minutes to get a waiter to acknowledge us, another 15 to get the coffee we ordered and another 45 minutes to get the food we ordered. Food was good when we got it, but not worth the wait, unless you have a ton of time to kill. They didn’t even serve water until I asked for a glass and when they brought it out (10 minutes later and after asking again), they literally only brought me one and not my boyfriend. I guess it isn’t implied when one person asks if “we” can get water that both people at the table want it. My family and I just left this place . We waited for 15 minutes to be greeted, seated and served. We recieved none.

I finally asked the barista if we viuldcseat ourselves. His response was take that table ober there.
