La Brasserie — Restaurant in San Juan

Me & 2 friends ate here. Server was extremely nice but service was lacking. He continued to ignore our requests for napkins so we asked a female waitress and she told us they ran out of napkins. Then, our waiter ignored my friend asking for the yogurt & granola she ordered earlier; he'd only brought out part of her order (the fruit). I asked him and asked him about the Mediterranean salad we ordered because it's been a while and it's just salad. He did not check on the status of the salad, we had to ask again for that. He said it's coming from the kitchen so it'll be a while. Then he leaves and about 8 min later I asked again & he tells us there's no yogurt. He could've said that in the beginning. Last, when we were seated, we told him the AC unit above us was leaking water (condensation) on us & the floor. He thanked us for telling him and said he'll take care of it right away. He never did. We had drops of water falling on us as we ate and the floor next to us had water too. I will say the Mediterranean salad was good & so was the fruit. I'd ordered juice and he never brought that to me either. Needless to say we left feeling disappointed. I do not recommend this...

It has changed, from 3 years ago. Not fast service. Employees, standing around, behind the counter, on their cell phones. Welcoming, sat, and waited. Didn't need the menu, cause I knew it. Continued waiting til, I started to raise my hand; like in school! Ordered 3 eggs, over easy. Received 5. Oatmeal or avena, terrible. Ate, close to a quarter of it! Dining outside is still available, but can't imagine that. When, 1 dish was empty, asked for the check. I hadn't finished my coffee. Another waitress gave me the check. Left money on table and left. Told another employee cleaning up a table about that;(money on table). Won't be back. Handicap entrance with tables to accommodate. It was a nice spot...

SAVE YOUR MONEY 82$ and we cant even have a good costumer service. They ignored us the whole time.

Came in today with my friends and it was such upsetting experience. The only good thing was the spicy crabs. The female server never checked on us, she just puts the food down and didnt even asked us how it was or brought us WATER even after we asked the male server. The food looked good but it wasnt. My french toast bread was HARD like might as well be croutons at that point. My friend said her food was bland. My other friend said her pancakes were dry and not fluffy. Rude, very unwelcoming. I work in costumer service and this is not how you're supposed to...
