This place is just amazing! Definitely one of the beet wine bars with wine dispensers I’ve been to. The atmosphere was to stylish and fresh. The staff were amazing - very balanced approach to communication with the guests vs letting them enjoy their evening. The selection of wines in wine dispenser machine was incredible - around 40 options of local wine from San Luis Obispo county and a lot of really beautiful wines. I've never been to a wine tasting room like it before, and it's exactly what I'd always hoped to find when visiting a new AVA. I love it. I probably sampled around 10 or more wines before deciding on a full glass with a delicious charcuterie board. Of those I sampled, I'd rate them in a range of 87 to 94.
