Read moreCame thru the drive thru last night as I normally do about twice a week. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with american cheese, fries as the side, and a lemonade, along with a peach milkshake. I went thru the left lane and the girl taking my order had a horrible attitude and didn’t say my pleasure when I said thank you. As someone who worked at a chick fil a for 2 and a half years, this is bad costumer service. Also, she didn’t read me my order back which you are trained to do. I get to the window and the lady who gave me my order was super super sweet and the only reason I’m giving any stars at all on this review. I get my order and head on my way home since I came later and wanted to eat at home. I get home to find my order complete incorrect. My sandwich had no cheese on it and I was charged extra for a mac and cheese I didnt order and didn’t want. I called the store and the managers rude response to my order being incorrect was “so what’s the question” when I repeated myself that my order was wrong again he said “okay but what’s the question.” Safe to say after going to chick fil a non stop for 5 years, I think I will never be returning again. Get a new manager cause clearly he has some sass problems and doesn’t know how to do costumer service. I’m paying $19 (should’ve been less but you can’t get my order right and then refused to refund me) for mid fast food, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Will also be...
Read moreWe pulled into this Chick-fil-A on the way home from my 13 year-old‘s soccer game at 8:30 on Saturday night. As we’re waiting for our food to get ready we were greeted cheerfully by the absolute sweetest young woman. She looks at my 13 year-old then looks at me and says “Would he like a sticker?” I look at my son and he has this look on his face like “Huh?” I look back at the young lady and she smiles and says “Hmmm…maybe he’s too cool for a sticker?” I jokingly reply that he’d take a cookie instead. She laughs and turns towards the restaurant and starts chatting with her other team members and we kinda forget about the conversation. But then one minute later she hands over a fresh, warm cookie and with a great big smile says “Enjoy!” After a long day and a brutal soccer game this made my son’s night. Kudos to this young woman that gets it and understands the power we each have to make a positive impact in the life of others - even if it’s something as simple as giving away a free cookie with a great big smile. I wish I’d gotten her name - she deserves recognition and a raise for going out of her way to do a great job. We did notice she had a cross tattoo behind her ear so maybe that helps to identify her. Whoever you are: thank you! We’ll definitely be back to this...
