My family and I came to get some dessert and eat In. Everything was nice and clean yes! But once paid I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The board of the stuff on the wall have different prices than what they charge you at the register! They charge $1 more to every item you buy! We told them why charge us more if board said one price and at the register a different price. Their answer was supposedly cause their system was updated but the wall prices weren't. Just so everyone knows to BECAREFUL cause you will get charged extra and not get your money back!. The food is alright but they need to fix the prices right away after it's been changed, it's just the right thing to do or let customers know before they order what's going on! This happen 01/27/24. I will give them a 2nd chance the next time I go and change my review if everything went well. We did pay CASH ! And everything cost $1 more for each item than what your board price. I will keep my word and change my review next time I go if...
Read moreOK, so I am obsessed with Elote and fruit cups and since moving here it has been so hard to find ones that taste good! This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT, so as far as Paleteras go, I’ll give it 4 stars. The only major downside is that it’s right next to a nail salon, and it stanks in there. (Food review below.)
Elote: I ordered a small and they gave a good portion and it was really good. It didn’t have much spice and I can’t say it was the best I’ve ever tasted, but I will be going back for another Fosho.
Fruit cup: again I ordered the smaller size and it was pretty nicely portioned The only thing I noticed is that they don’t use. Sal, limon, and chile, they use chamoy and maybe limon. So it was more candy-like but it wasn’t bad, it was just different. Again, I will be going back.
My husband got a milkshake and he was absolutely happy with it!
Totally worth the money spent, best place I’ve...
Read moreIf you are looking for something sweet and refreshing this is a must try. After floating on the river we wanted something cool and full of flavor. We happen to see Yoyis at the red light and decide to give it a try. We got the lemon, cantaloupe and pineapple water. They were all delicious. We also order the Duro preparado and loved it. The kids had an elote and fresas con crema. Everything was so good. We will make it a fav spot for future visits to San Marcos. The ladies were very nice and friendly. They were patient with us and answered all our questions regarding the products and also gave recommendations for spots to stop at. Over all experience was great!!!! See you...
