Panera Bread — Restaurant in Sand City

Saw the new entrees and had meal credits from bad orders and decided to tried again. French dip was fun except for the onion soup. That has to go. No one eats that many onions. Made my own Au Jus and it made the entree beautiful.

Because of heavy tax deadlines, I decided to give them a 2nd try.....Greek salad with chicken. Got half a bowl of wilted lettuce and no protein. Here we go again!!!! This location has zero quality control. Everything leaves there unchecked. Gordon Ramsey would break out in hives.

They will also offer you a dollar denomination for a food credit once you are sitting at home hungry and you have to be up in 6 hours for work. Don't accept it!! They don't work!! Ever!! They will always say your order does not qualify. Thieves. This place is not your friend!!!

Too bad. The original idea/product was lovely. It's morphed into corporate greed with zero oversight.

This is all shared by someone who has MS and can't drive at night. If there is a problem, you can't drive for a fix. You are screwed. Do you think they care? They don't. We all have issues. That kid that threw together my salad without protein doesn't care.

Another credit for bad food. They offered 30% off food that comes incorrect, missing items and just down right gross.

Tax season is here. Tried the new bagel steak. What's that weird hot, sweet icky sauce? What happened to fresh?? Hot = jalapeños (not weird fake tasting sauce). Sweet = Maybe bell peppers?

What happened to you? Whom ever is designing your menu needs a new job at Jack in the Box and you need to double the salary for the person that designed your original menu. YOU ARE WAY...

6 days ago I went to Panera with my dad one of the staff employees at the time said she would get a cashier in a bit but that ended taking up about 20 plus 30 minutes and I decided to order it on their tablets. After we ordered the food we didn't know where to receive the order we didn't receive any receipt from the tablets and we had figure out where to pick up our orders by looking at one of their big menu screen to which no panera staff member decided to even show us when to let us know when to pick up our orders. The worst part was there was no coffee and half & halfs for us serve our selfs. I literally had to run around there kitchen to let them know those things are empty. They took there sweet 10 - 15 minutes for us to wait again and they finally brought out the coffees & half & halfs. I even went ahead to thanking one of them for bringing us the coffees & half & halfs and this employees and the rest of the other employees never apologized or even said anything about the situation. Just entitled condescending and rude attitude towards me & my dad. Ever since the panera in sand city California opened up 10 years ago in the beginning it was great and up until a few years later the management at that place have had new managers who in my opinion were not good and wouldn't care if our orders were not made correctly. I'm new to the area after leaving in 1990 from service duty assignment change, and though ambiance of this place is quite nice enough for sand city for studying, web surfing etc. the place is a social trap for pretentious people sells nag themselves of products to others sadly...worst here though is service as of late? Maybe just typical young people whom don't care about customer service or maybe they're too comfortable with me as they see me a lot? Anyways, lately last week or so it's like constant drama involving my food from the food runner/dining room attendants...sandwiches missing key ingridants like the meat and it was a person with a supervisor identifier on her name tag? Other times food coming out long overdue/cold??? Maybe just new normal of atypical low performing people and more Examples of bratty kids and emotionally immature adults whom waste life playing dumb games/trolling/being the fool attempting to agitate others as they're beyond bored in their chosen way of life like average working class, functionally illiterate below median income poor sports sore losers whom have an attitude with those of us whom they feel are unfairly above them on the ecomnic scale/pecking order in USA... ...Service here Is much like a lot around Monterey when you're served my those whom don't respect much less know or project American values but bring & practice Mexican...
