Arby's — Restaurant in Sandy

LOVED the sweet potato waffle fries! It was the first time I had taken the plunge to actually try them. I love candied sweet potatoes so thought I might like the sweet potato fries. They were cut thinly, but not in a chintzy way. They were also cooked what would seem to be perfect (in my opinion). They weren't soggy/soft/undercooked yet they weren't overly done/crunchy; they had just the right amount of a slight crispiness. The flavor was not overbearing, but enough that you could obviously distinct the sweet potato flavor. I can't believe I am actually taking the time to write a review about sweet potato FRIES! But I guess I wanted to let others know that they too should take the plunge and give these yummy things a try this season/year! After all, they are only available for a limited time; so don't miss out! The rest of my experience this visit was pleasant. The staff were courteous/friendly as well as proficient. They got our order to us quickly with zero errors and our classic beef n cheddar sandwiches were delicious as usual. Definitely a favorite Arby's location as I have never had an issue with my orders and the food always comes out hot and fresh. Keep in mind this review is coming from a pregnant woman who was craving Arby's. Everything about this visit satisfied that craving. And men and women alike who know ANYTHING about a pregnant woman and food will know that it is serious business... Haha! 😜😀

Never have I taken the time out of my day to leave a bad review because I usually shake it off, but this was a different situation. I usually go through the drive through for any fast food, but this time I decided to eat inside. I had a problem with one particular employee named Yadnira. I ordered my food with a drink when I realized she hadn’t gave me my drink I went back to the counter and she said she had. After going back and forth, her telling me first she gave it to me then telling me I didn’t pay for it? As if I didn’t have the receipt in my hand, she finally got me my cup which she just slammed on the counter? Anyways I wait for my food. Once I got it I go to sit down and not one table was clean? Yadnira and another employee who I assume was the manager, were the only ones standing around, everyone else was busy. Why wasn’t one table clean? Arby's had great customer service. It has been a month since I went there but it was very nice, clean and modern. when I was there I encountered a problem because I had ordered my food and it ended up that their card reader broke. The staff was quick to find a solution and I literally did not have cash on me so they were kind enough to give me my meal for free which is rare and I don't ever expect that. But I was in a hurry going to work and didn't have time to stop anywhere else so they helped me get fed and no one was rude or freaking out and stressing :) also, they're condiment area where you get the sausage drinks and napkins was extremely clean and their tables were all clean and chairs were in place which is rare for a fast food restaurant so they did...
