I don't know what is happening with the large fast food chains that have completely lost respect for their consumers, hiring managers who do not have the slightest ethics or knowledge of how to run a business. Or are you as a company that don't care and hire anyone even if they don't have the knowledge to manage? shame of you KFC! This KFC is new, the service is terrible! and the employees but especially the manager (the one who was in charge on June 25, 2024 at 4pm) are terrible!!! They don't have the slightest idea of ââwhat they are doing or the slightest idea of ââhow to treat their consumers, if they don't take action quickly this store is destined to fail.
This afternoon, June 25, 2024, I placed an order online and the system told me that the order would be ready at 4:50pm. My husband and I proceed to get into the restaurant and notify the employee that we have an online order to which he tells us that it is already in the system and will be ready soon and gives us the beverage, that was at 4:53pm. At 5:05pm I got up to ask about the status of my order to which the employee told me to give him a minute and left. The employee returns at 5:16pm 11 minutes later, and not only me was standing there since 5:05pm, there were two more people waiting to be served. He asks me how he can help me and I tell him that my food should have been ready at 4:50pm and it's already 5:16pm and nothing . He process to leave again and another employee comes to tell me that they don't have breasts and the other employee was supposed to have told me, to which I told him that no one informed me. Long story short.... he didn't give me any option in the situation because I placed the order online and they can't refund my money and he dares to tell me that if he gives me the cash back I would be stealing from KFC! !! beautiful response from the manager!!! I ask him on several occasions what can be done to solve the problem since they don't have my food and he can't give me the money back either, to which he answers that he can't do anything. And I have to complain to the KFC app. I insist if there is another solution, it was already 5:30pm, we had been there for 40 minutes and nothing! and my husband and I only have breakfast in our stomachs!!! In the end he tells me that he can give me a leg or wings instead of the breast that I paid for, to which I tell him; But are you going to give me a single leg or a single wings for a breast that is twice as big? and he answers yes since according to him the breast and the leg and wings has the same price.... I tell him at least 2 legs for each breast to replace the size but he said NO. Anyways⌠today KFC in Sanford on state rd 46 had us waiting 40 minutes for a food that they didn't have and apart from that they keep our $18.60.
And now I clarify; I understand the rules of buying in the app to buying in the store, I know that the refund would be with the app etc etc etc. The issue here is that you have a manager who has no idea how to deal, manage, but above all resolve conflicts and is not prepared to explain the tools that you provide to your...

We ordered an 8 piece of chicken strips and as the young lady that was taking our order was almost finished the manager Dexter got on the intercom and explained to us that they only had a few pieces left of the chicken strips, but he would be more than happy to drop more for us, but it would be about a 10-minute wait. Being that we are pretty patient people, and we were not in a rush, we told Dexter that would be no problem. As Dexter had said previously it took about 10 minutes. He personally brought the chicken out to us and apologized for the wait. I immediately noticed the honey mustard sauce was not put in the bag so I asked Dexter if we could get that. No problem, he was happy to get that for us, and we did notice that there were only a few napkins in the bag as he came back out to give us the honey mustard, I kindly asked him if he wouldn't mind if we could get a few more napkins. Again, professional as he was, he said he would be right back and gladly brought us more napkins. It was a pleasurable and professional experience at this KFC. One person can make a difference.    Read moreI went with a friend to redeem a coupon. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to even talk to me. When I finally got the chance I told the lady I wanted could redeem the 10 pc bucket for 10$ she said I had to do it at the kiosk and I agreed. Only, I couldn't because there was no explicit order for it. So I decided to buy the 8 pc and let them modify it at the desk. I do the payment and told a guy what happened and asked if I could redeem my coupon then. Then he was saying that I had to present it first, pay at the kiosk then, and THEN they would give me my order. I was extremely confused because the both that were working there gave me completely different instructions. I didn't bother to challenge it, so I just got the refund and the guy told the woman I talked to earlier to stop making the order. Then the guy had the gall to talk to the woman I talked to before and say "I told her but she didn't follow the instructions" with an attitude. My friend looked at me like "what the heck"? and we both left the store. The last time I went there, i didn't even need to go to the kiosk, they put the order in manually.
