Horrible from the moment I walked through the door and when I left.
I was on the phone, finishing a call, upon entering the door. When I walked in, a transient/homeless man walked right up to me and asked me to buy him a small coke. I was still on the phone and he asked me repeatedly. Usually, I can handle transients, since there are many in the city I live in. However, I was on the phone, trying to listen and talk to the other person. I was clearly distraught, with customers watching me. We were right in front of the registers. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DID ANYTHING. I thought this kind of solicitation was discouraged at these kinds of establishments. I struggled to continue my phone call while trying to manage the transient. Finally, an employee came up to us. BUT he told the transient, "I can help you over here" and pointed to the touchscreen kiosk. The transient then left. Then the employee did the same exact thing to me. It didn't seem like the employee knew what was going on, and he wasn't even considerate that I was on the phone. I started to get frustrated. I told him I was on the phone. Once I finished the phone call seconds later, I came up to him (at the register) and asked him "do I order here or at the kiosk?". He said "I can help you over there" and pointed to the kiosk. At this point, I'm very confused and frustrated at the whole situation. Why have me order at kiosk when I'm right at the register? Apparently they have employees standing with you at the kiosk to help you order. I found that strange and pushy. Are these machines new at this location? Are the employees new and can't use the register? The kiosk can't even take cash, and you have to walk to the register to pay in cash. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? I told the employee that I didn't need his help. After I ordered my McFlurry (I didn't think it would be worth it to order anything more, based on the apparent service), I sat down. Luckily the McFlurry didn't take that long, even though they didn't fill it up (picture of how I received it). A minute after I got it, the transient came back and tried to solicit money? from me. I couldn't understand what he was completely saying. I told him I couldn't understand him. He left me and walked around, looking for other people to ask for food or money. He only asked one other person. That means this transient knew how to target people and has done this multiple times. I was done with this place. I finished my McFlurry and left. At the end of my experience, I think I finally saw the manager - a guy dressed in slacks, button-up and tie. He seemed nice and friendly. He was the only person that smiled in the 20 minutes I was there. After years of working in customer service, I'm surprised how bad this was, especially at McDonald's. This is not how to treat customers and to run a successful business. I don't expect much, especially from a fast food place, but letting people solicit, pushing your customers, and not even a friendly face or voice that isn't the manager...this is the worst McDonald's I've been to...and I've been to worse neighborhoods. Only positives: friendly manager,...
Read moreThis was the WORST experience of my life. Let me describe what happened; my first time ever going to this location. So, I placed my order: a simple 1/4 pounder without cheese and onions. That's it. How hard is it? The guy at the counter was the only one there who was competent enough to put the order in correctly. But, when I got my food, sure enough it had cheese and onions on it, but that wasn't all. I went to the counter and asked some young girl for the manager. All she said was, "yes." I just thought to myself, 'is this the manager?' Not to waste any more time I decided to just tell her my complaint and let it go. After offering me another burger, the 'manager,' then, asks me, "do you want me to talk to the staff about what happened?" "No,' I thought, 'I just want you to stand there and stare at me for 15 seconds, then go back to your iphone as if I wasn't important enough to take my money.' I walked back to my seat to finish my (last at that location) meal and I hear her go over to the kitchen staff, talk for about 3 seconds and then go back to her post at the counter to 'service' more customers. (i.e. the conversation to the staff was nonexistent.) There was, also, another customer there, I saw before I even got my food, who wanted coffee. This (simple) order took 15 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that McDonalds location. ...
Read moreOrdered from the breakfast menu while on the way there at 10:25 on 8/26/2025 and paid on the app because I was about 5 minutes away and they usually stop serving at 10:30. I get to the drive thru at 10:31, get through to the second window and a guy tells me even though I placed the order at 10:25, they didn’t get to my order until after 10:30 so they can’t make it. They said I should get a refund within the next couple days on my payment method… DAFUQ? I know yall had 2 leftover sausage pattys and hash browns from literally 2 minutes prior. We didn’t even want egg. Cause let’s be real, we all know you make a certain amount each run and they sit there on a warmer waiting to be ordered. And FYI - I thought 24 hour McDonald’s are supposed to sell breakfast thru 11am GET IT TOGETHER. Your employees are rude as hell too.
For anyone wondering, the McDonald’s that’s literally a mile south down Bristol, past the 405, will sell you what they have leftover past 10:30! And they aren’t even 24 hours, they just care about customer service. I will drive the extra mile right past your location from now on thanks.
Also this location cleans their shake machine like 5x a week so watch out...
