One line: Pure bliss sandwiches with homemade taste
Parking: Street. During the weekday which I went it was pretty easy to find street parking that was free for 75-90 min.
Seating: Small indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor does have a bar and sports on the tv. When I was there it appeared most people order to go.
Sandwiches: Cuban sandwich- pork and ham as base meats with pickle and generous serving of avocado. It was delicious and flavorful.
De La Guerra: cheese steak style sandwich with grilled peppers and guacamole. It comes with a French dipping sauce. The combination was just as flavorful as the Ruben but of course a different sandwich.
Gaucho: cheese steak style sandwich that is similar to the de la guerra but without avocado. Also served with a French dipping sauce.
Beverages: I did not but anything but I noticed they do have a bar.
Overall: I have tried quiet a few sandwiches places and this is one is now one of the top on my list. This is better in the sense of the combination of flavors works so well. It was so good it made me want to write a review after so long of not writing one. I would...
Read moreFood is yummm. Atmosphere is fine. Most everything is decent but Customer service could be better. There's only one employee that isn't great. I see her ignoring people a lot and has ignored me. Only other complaint is that whenever I order food to go, they put pickles into a paper bowl and the lid has NEVER stayed on. The juice seeps thru the bowl and it leaks everywhere. EVERY TIME gaaaahhh!!! On top of that, they put it in a paper bag so it can leak thru the bottom and all your food falls out. I suggest less porous containers for pickles that clearly have a lot of juice or...
Read moreThree Pickles on Canon Perdido has so many things going for it besides having the best sandwiches in town. First of all, it has some of the best views in Santa Barbara when you sit in the patio/alley. It's next to the best coffee shop in town, Handlebar. And best of all, the Pickles bar (located in a historic building that once housed an opium den and brothel) has an all star team of bartenders all with different specialties. I find myself there for breakfast, lunch and dinner for drinks!...
