Jake and Jones — Local services in Santa Barbara

Ordered from their online store, but my order got "flagged" by Shopify. Only reason I can think of is my shipping address being west coast and billing address being east coast; I recently moved.

The store charged my card nevertheless which I did pay, but it's now been FOUR business days with no shipment of the order I paid for. The store associate Dani Petti failed to ask for the information needed to clear the order via email and has just told me to call the store during my workhour next Monday (today is Friday). Thing is, I called the store earlier today and no one picked up...

So basically they took my $200 & they're asking me to call their number that doesn't even get picked up. I'm unsure what to do atm, if it's possible to just cancel the order for refund that's what I plan to do. Otherwise, just gotta hope the incompetence doesn't include shipment handling.

Do NOT order from this store online. I'm sure in-person experience is much better based on other reviews. But DON'T order from them online unless you want to deal with mindnumbing...

Absolutely amazing store. The buyer for this store has impeccable taste- stayed at Palihouse right around the corner and just happened to walk by. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A great curated selection of baby/kids items, home goods, women’s clothing and accessories- the brands, the colors, the products (even had some health things), were great we wished they had a store in LA— our favorite store in Santa Barbara for sure but also one of the top on our list for global. Hoping there will be some unisex or a few men’s next time we visit! (1 rack max!) Excellent...

I love this store! Great casual and dressy options, love their shoes and kids clothing!! I get a lot of nice basics here and recently bought a great dress to wear to a wedding. Everyone is so helpful there: getting sizes, picking out pieces I may not choose myself & giving me feedback on how everything fits. Anytime I’m needing some new clothes or accessories, I think of Jake & Jones! So glad to have a great, go-to...
