This was the last store I called looking for a certain pink tote bag. I spoke with Natalie and she was so sweet and processed my order to have it shipped to the East coast. I received my package and the box condition was bad and it looked as if it was opened. I opened the box and only saw the packing slip. I immediately called and got Natalie again and she gave the information to Alana to assist me. I provided all requested information and while I was awaiting a call back I dumped the box upside down and my bag fell out. There was a lot of tissue paper and I’m glad there was as I believe that prevented the bag from falling out in transit. I was just so upset at the condition of the box that I didn’t look look in the box. I immediately called back and Alana was busy but she called back and I let her know I have my bag. She too was very sweet and professional. I appreciate both of these ladies as they have patience and truly go above and beyond!!! I will definitely shop here again! I love my pink city...

Poorly trained and arrogant staff. My wife and I walked into the shop past a clerk standing at the front door. When we entered my wife was holding in plain sight a pair of her own leather gloves. We spent less than 5 minutes browsing in the shop where this clerk followed us in close proximity the entire time. As we started to walk out the clerk approached my wife and asked to see her gloves. My wife let her have the gloves and after she inspected them to see that they were not new nor a Coach branded pair of gloves the clerk simply exclaimed, "Alright, you can go." She was flippant and obviously not trained to respectfully handle any sort of encounter of this type. In hindsight, I should have spoken with the store manager. We won't ever set foot in this shop or any Coach...

Good place to go and save money. Coach Outlet Store has an interesting array of products. The quality of the merchandise is excellent, and it sure does provide relief from paying full retail prices. I would definitely be interested in seeing and examining the discounts and items available for purchase Definitely recommend perusing the entire store!
