Sharetea Valencia — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I love sharetea and I’ve been coming here a lot. Service is always fast and the atmosphere is nice. One thing that takes away a star from the review is the consistency. The drinks aren’t consistent. Some days, the drinks are super delicious and have the perfect taste (worth 6 star rating, if that was possible!); other days, they’re watered down and aren’t as sweet as I ordered. Sometimes they’re lukewarm warm because of the boba. Sometimes the ice is melted down. Some days I’ve ordered drinks and have barely finished them because of the differing tastes. I’m not sure if this is an employee issue, since many different people make the drinks, but this Sharetea would be perfect if the taste of the drinks were consistent every day. Other than that, everything is great. If the consistency of the drinks improve, I’ll 100% be back to leave a 5+++...

Usually a decent place to go to, but coming today really ruined the timing of my night. What I thought was going to be a quick transaction for one drink turned into a 25 minute wait. You'd think it was super busy, but sadly not. You attended to one customer with a very large order, and its cool large orders come and go; it was the fact that you allocated the entire work force for her order. There were other individual orders behind me for sure since I saw them order after myself, and you proceeded to work on the very large order forcing every one else to wait for her. I may be wrong, I am not too sure in the food industry since I do not work in it, but it seems like you should allocate your staff accordingly and not let the OTHER CUSTOMERS wait 25 -30 minutes for HER order, and they definitely waited longer than me since we were all...

Very poor customer service :( This used to be my go-to boba spot! Still has great boba and flavors, and is open later than most...but the past four or five times I've gone, there's been one worker (a tall guy with glasses who works at night), who has made each visit so distasteful! He's got an awful attitude taking orders, he threw our straws at us, and yelled at my friend once.

This last time was my final straw—he was there(threw the straws again), but even the older lady who was working had poor service. She wouldn't give us a receipt, messed up our order, and didn't offer any help....
