Ordered carry out to make sure I could pick up the food as quick as possible. Get to the store and the LOST my pizza. How? It takes almost an hour total for them to get me one pizza (I've worked for multiple pizza joints for 4 years in college, it's nearly impossible to lose food and it only takes 7-8 minutes to remake a pizza). It had been a long day. I was 1,300 miles away from home on vacation and my car transmission had died in the desert on my way home. After dealing with that nightmare for the last 48 hours and finally getting a rental back in Santa Fe before leaving for back home in the morning, I just wanted ONE thing to go right and decided on a pizza. When I found out that they had lost it I was again at the point of tears at HOW this could have happened. I was frustrated. I'm usually a pushover and don't ask for things to be fixed, but this was just dumb and easily unavoidable. I asked for the measly $8 pizza to be free or at least get a free side item. The cashier said he couldn't make that call. I asked to see the manager. A bitter old woman was called over and I told her the situation. She said they'd remake it and I again asked for it to be free for my troubles. She said it was already half off price because of the carry out special. And I said "YEAH, because I had to drive here myself to get it" saving her employee resources and cash. She instead said she could give me a $5 gift card and I left frustrated and unhappy. Come to find out when I got home the gift card is FAKE with zero dollars on it. What a WITCH. Has no business being a manager. Seeing all the other awful reviews on here, obviously Dominos doesn't care about their customers if she's still in charge. Lost yet another customer for life Dominos. Good job /sarcasm
EDIT: 3 weeks after original review. I contacted corporate to get this fixed and had to fill out multiple forms and emails for them to get back to me. They finally told me that they gave me a credit at my local store (didn't even give an address). I called my local store and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and there was nothing under my account. I wrote back to corporate, and crickets. This company gives no concern about their customers at all. This isn't just a store problem, this is the entire...
Read moreUPDATE (11/29/2018): Tried to place an order again and was told I was blocked from ordering, have had nothing but pleasent experiences since my September update, until today. Asked for a manager, she said she was speaking and that she couldn't place my order. She said she had no information as to why, just that she couldn't take it. No help given, just ended the phone call.
UPDATE (09/2018): The old management had seen my review complaining here, and put a note on my account blocking me from ordering because of it. I updated this review to reflect that, and the new management called me 2 days later to let me know they had taken over (8 days old at the time of writing!) and fixed my account. I explained to them what I witnessed with the old management, emphasized it was not the employees causing issues, and they seem like they really want to talk to their customers and fix old mistakes that they didn't even cause. Greatly appreciated and looking forward to trying again!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Worst Domino's I have ever been too.
Got a phone call 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up saying they were about to cancel my order since I hadn't answered the phone the first time they called several hours ago. My phone had never rang and no message was left on top of that assuming they actually did call.
When I got there my order wasn't ready and they kept saying it would just be a few minutes. The staff were being constantly snapped at by someone, I think I overheard the name Karen.
On top of that, my pizza isnt even cut. Which has happened before at this location. You cant see a single cut line from the bottom, I have to cut it myself.
Felt totally chaoctic and employees shouldnt be snapped at, especially while customers are trying to pick up orders. Seems like bad management and a complete lack of attention to detail, they would rather pump out wrong orders and...
Read moreWe received a coupon from this Domino’s to make up for a previous pizza we received that was not the correct order. I called Domino’s and asked them to pick up the pizza when it was discovered it was not what we ordered. Weeks later, when I went to use the coupon THEY GAVE me, I was told I would have to pay an additional $2.00+. I didn’t think this was fair since it was their mistake and not mine. I explained to them I asked them to pick it up and they refused. Ms. Ackerfield argued, ‘But you kept the wrong pizza’ I don’t feel I should have to drive to them to correct their mistake.
A couple weeks later when I went to redeem the coupon they gave me, the manager/supervisor Mr. Ackerfield (rude male with a beard) grabbed the coupon and tore it up. He accused me of being a “Liar” and that he was not going to give me the pizza. “Ackerfield” then threw a tantrum like a five year old by screaming at an employee, “Do not give him that pizza!” My experience at this Domino’s was beyond troubling and unpleasant!
I give the Domino’s Pizza at 3530 Zafarano Dr, Ste C2, Santa Fe, NM 87507 a minus one star for the following reasons:
The manager/supervisor is beyond unprofessional and rude. The manager/supervisor is tacky and mean to his employees for trying to do what is right for the customer. The manager/supervisor provides bullying and harassing customer service to customers.
Avoid the Domino’s Pizza at 3530 Zafarano Dr, Ste C2, Santa Fe, NM 87507 at all costs! They give coupons when they make a mistake on your order. However, you are harassed when you try to redeem the coupon they give you. Utterly and beyond the poorest and lowest customer service I have ever experienced. I will happily never be back. I am also notifying the Domino’s Pizza headquarter in Michigan to share this...
