Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Terrible. Hate it. To begin with they have taken out all seating food cases etc. so there is only a counter. They are doing this at the other SF locations as well. They already ruined the railyard location and working on the others. Remember when Starbucks was new? They said it's expensive because it's so comfy and has nice chairs and workspaces and wifi for you. They did not lower the prices when the 3rd space was removed, And they turned the AC off so it's got as hell standing and leaning on the wall waiting for my order which is taking a very long time for a freaking Americano. The staff completely ignores the lobby customers because they are all at the drive thru. Finally asked someone to take my order and told them the staff that come up front with drinks are completely ignoring me and going back to the back after they put the orders out. She did not apologize. She freaking corrected me, told me this area is mostly just for pick ups. So why is there a register there? This is the same location that likes to close during posted hours for staff meetings and turn customers away. The only good Starbucks in SF currently is the one inside of market Street. You can still see the food, the staff is polite and competent and they are open when they are...

I'm not sure if this is the right starbucks. . It might not be. But I cant find a way to review the specific one inside Target. . I went to the starbucks on my way out of target To get a "frappuccino". I called it the wrong name and the girl very rudely corrected me. I figured she was joking so I proceded to laugh and make a joke out if it and she continued to correct me and be very unprofessional and rude I couldn't even believe the attitude!! I diddnt say nothing else and waited for my drink. . Just uncalled for and unnecessary. . Maybe they need to have a talk about being "friendly" and "welcoming" with whoever the girl was working on Oct. 11th around 5:00 or so?...

In the past six months or so I have only had maybe 2 0r 3 coffees that were a little wrong, but by no means undrinkable. Human error should always be expected folks, so no big deal at all. But the awesome thing is these peeps have 100 percent on kindness and comfortable interactions!!!! It means so much to me because I have been knee deep in a very very hard spiritual awakening abd everywhere I ho no matter how much i smile or so politeness people are rude and and not friendly, so it means alot that these wonderful people are so kind, people should always remember to at least be a tad friendly because you never know what someone is going through.
