Fusion Delicias Café — Restaurant in Santa Fe

This place is magical!

My daughter and I are in Santa Fe for her 12th b-day weekend and we happened upon this lovely cafe just based on proximity to our lodging.

We were greeted by friendly staff, fun decor and delicious food and drink!

I had a caramel macchiato, she had a match milk tea with mango boba, and we shared a flakey, buttery, absolutely perfect croissant.

After another three days of traipsing around Santa Fe and eating at the MANY amazing restaurants that exist here, my daughter INSISTED on a return to Fusion Delicias!

Such a cute place! We're visiting from Arizona and found this place online - I'm so glad we stopped by! The decor makes for such a happy vibe, and the people working inside add to it! We had just eaten so didn't try any of the food, but everything we saw around us looked amazing! (Including the PINK tacos!). I got a lavender latte, and it was delicious! One of the best I've had. As I go again to post my review for the 2nd time about this place , it has gotten worse for me . The system here is not good, and the workers seem to talk about other things which results in a longer time for food to be delivered! I had ordered a burrito and a drink which they took 30 minutes to get to me and they gave me my drink at the very last as I had to remind them about it.
