I received a reply to this review...asking me to submit yet another feedback form which would make 4 times I am filling out the forms. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE OR GET SCREWED (I have email documentation...) You just can't trust that you will be charged correctly at this location and if you find (after you bring lunch back for the whole office) that you were overcharged...good luck getting reimbursed. It has taken exactly 4 months of emails and understanding on our part and still this has not been made right. I emailed and even spoke with this customer service rep (Jason Leslie) who finally called our office approximately a month after the following message from customer support...he said he was going to send us gift cards for 5 meals in the mail as we (the company I work for) were overcharged for fish tacos on a Friday. We were charged an additional $4 for the classic fish tacos on a fish Friday-they were supposed to be $1 each ($20 overcharged.) He never made it right. So we were cheated and then lied to. I am not usually one to write a bad review...though you may see a few out of the many. I have updated reviews after issues were finally made right...in this case it is well deserved. Poor customer service. Poor communication skills. Poor leadership. Poor management. Poor follow up. Poor choice in having this person head up customer feedback.
Wise choice for me to place a fair review on a few platforms.

Only reason I came here was because I had a $10 off coupon from a couple years ago and very glad I did.
Got the Taco Trio - 2 grilled chicken and 1 steak taco with guacamole and cilantro/ onion. Didn't want the cheese and salsa and all of that. Chicken was perfectly cooked and so was the Steak. Quite a good loaded amount of meat on the tacos, and a generous amount of guacamole as well. Added some mild and spicy salsa and it was beautiful. Salsa was definitely needed because it tasted a little plain on its own. Definitely like the Chicken Tacos more. Corn tortillas were also really fresh.
Husband got the Burrito Especial with Steak Cauliflower Rice. I tried it and it was amazing! So so so flavorful! Very generous amount of cauliflower rice inside as well. No salsa or any sauce needed here at all. Everything was so good on its own.
Friend also got a taco trio with the shrimp and mahi mahi version. He also enjoyed and finished it all...
Read moreI waited behind 1 person for 5ish minutes. The cashier looked over at me, seemingly recognizing I was about done waiting to place an order and ready to go elsewhere for dinner. Having acknowledged my standing there, as soon as I started to step up to order the cashier turned around and away from me, grabbed some trash bags, and, walked from behind the counter without communicating with me to the trash bins to change the trash that was nowhere near full. I understand they were closing soon, and at the same time, decided to take my business elsewhere. I write this hoping it will potentially be valuable in conveying the importance of simply acknowledging a person at the very least before choosing to perform a non-urgent task in order to (preaumably) increase the chances of leaving closer to closing time...
