Mattison's at the Van Wezel — Restaurant in Sarasota

Do NOT waste your money. There was a time that Mattison‘a did a great job at the Van Wezel. Where to begin. Cheese and crackers- no crackers. Cold bread. Lousy butter. Brie on croute- cold. Cheese not melted. Tomato /coke salad- rotten squishy tomatoes. The main course table. The rib roast was fine. The au jus- cold and basically water with a tiny bit of pan drippings.
