Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

This place was recommended to me from a coworker who heard about this place from someone else. I had zero expectations when I entered this establishment, but I was pleasantly surprised overall by my dining experience. This place looks like a hole-in-the-wall joint from the outside. Inside is basically no-frills. The food quality few classes above the ambiance it is served in. The portion sizes are good (select th 9" grinder, you'll regret ordering the 4"). On the two occasions I visited this place, I ordered the Chicago Steak Grinder and the BBQ Pork Grinder. Both were great flavour and texture combinations. BONUS: the bread is baked fresh in-house. I only wish there was a consistency in how their grinder was toasted. On my second visit, the BBQ pork grinder was over-toasted. It looked it was neglected or forgotten in the oven. Maybe it was because of the large pizza order they were trying to fulfil for another patron before mine. However, the manager on site was aware and apologetic regarding my wait for my order. I hope on future visits, my grinder will not be forgotten in the oven before its is served!

Ordered take out food was good other than the wings my husband ordered. The only issue we had is my husband and I are truck drivers. The only time we can get anything besides truck stop food is when we are bobtailed. That gets old pretty quickly We did take up two spaces as the truck is big. However there was still plenty of spaces available. Manager comes out and rudely asks me to move to the curb where there are no parking spaces in case a customer comes in. Umm we are customers but I had no problem moving. My husband apologized when he went back inside and the guy didn’t even acknowledge his apology. I get that some people are not fond of truck drivers but we deserve to be able to get food other than truck stop food when we can and I don’t hear anyone complaining when we deliver goods to stock store shelves or food for restaurants to prepare their products. First time placing an order on their new website. I ordered a sandwich, I clicked turkey sub instead got 1 1/2 of Roast Beef Sandwich. Then I clicked a regular fountain drink and side salad. It asked what kind of salad dressing I wanted and I picked Italian and added a note No Onions Please. Of course I got the wrong sandwich and salad loaded with onions!
