I've eaten at this specific location multiple times but this is the first time I'm leaving a review, service was garbage I was there with my wife and kids we were there for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes there were 12 in door tables open and clean when we walked in, we waited for somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes to be seated which didn't make sense but not a big deal. We are seated outside on the patio where 3 tables were filled with left over garbage, which wasn't cleaned up the entire time we were there, we waited about 20 minutes before someone came outside to ask us what we wanted to drink and appetizers, we order 2 lemonade, long Island and a mojito,(my wife wanted a margarita but the blender was broken)fried pickles and cheese curds roughly 30 minutes went by before we received drinks or a return of the waitress. Finally she returned I ordered "dirty dubs tots" wife got wings and the kids wanted macaroni but they were apparently out of that (isn't the first time) so they got chicken tenders. My 5 year old ask for a lemonade refill but they apparently ran out of lemonade syrup. I wont be ordering the "dirty dubs tots" again because of the brisket being foul. I've had poor service before at other Bdubs but I never felt the need to write a book about it. And I don't work there so I don't know why today was an issue but This experience makes me not want to return, but...
Read moreComing back late night from my daughter's college graduation at ISU, this was what I thought to be a perfect destination since it was midnight, BWW prides itself (usually) on late night dining. Mistake. In a nutshell, old dried wings, microwaved lettuce on our old nachos, terrible service which included slow initial service, 20 minutes to get those terrible nachos, no drink refills, and no table cleaning whatsoever. Our waitress was intent on talking to a guy with a laptop (boss). It wasn't like they were busy, we were one of 3 parties in the place. The staff seemed more intent on talking and closing down than waiting on us, I got the feeling we were an inconvenience to them closing. We did get a survey on our receipt, and my husband completed it with the details in this post. We got a call from the manager/GM who apologized and promised us coupons for our trouble. Nothing received to date, it's been 2 weeks. Our family loves the atmosphere of BWWs and will continue to patronize BWWs throughout Chicagoland, but not in Morris. It was unfortunate that a rare dining opportunity with all our kids (family in from out of town), was wasted on a restaurant that takes it's customers for granted. This place had come through before, but this place was awful, late night...
Read moreBy and far thee worst BW's I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. I literally travel the country working and get the opportunity to stop at several different locations. This place was empty. Like 5 tables max. There was 8 of us. Got our first drinks and literally sat empty for a good 20 to 25 minutes until we finally took it upon ourselves to hail someone to get more drinks. Second round now, we're an hour into it. No food orders. Finally called someone again over to get appetizers and drinks. Third round into it and still no food orders. Our 9th person showed up and was going to order another round for us and was told by the bartender gal we were being to loud and she refused to serve us. No warning, no hey guys can you keep it down, nothing. Mind you we're in the bar section which left even fewer customers. At which I decided I'm not for that and I left. All my friends paid and left also. Now, being a business, that bartender easily just threw away 400 dollars for that BW's to make including tips for them. I'm glad we left. The worst service I've ever witnessed. The complete wrong way to treat customers who were laughing it up with their friends and girlfriends. Don't worry, we'll be relaying this message to the jobsite as well how you guys...
