1/13/25 Edited this review. Bc this place deserves a 5 star all the way. Went back to Minooka to try to give them another chance and they can never make a drink correctly. Thank you Morris and staff for always doing your job correctly. You all deserve a raise! Minooka needs to be shut down! Sorry I always throw minookas coffees in your trash when I come to get the coffee I order. But your staff is amazing and I’m thankful you all are dedicated to your job! You all deserve a raise! Thanks again for being the best Dunkin around!

Past review December 2024: I absolutely love this Dunkin… When they miss proportions the drink and substituted more milk for ice. I brought it to their attention and they fixed it immediately, told me that it would never happen again, it never did. It’s always the best iced caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. I live in Minooka I go to Minooka all the time I explained to Minooka they’re not doing it right. For over 3 years! They’re so ignorant and they shouldn’t be around but Morris is the best Dunkin, most respectful, around Grundy County. Thank you for making a drink correctly. I went to Minooka today and they filled it to the rim with ice and still could not proportionate it correctly, so I walked into Morris today, threw minookas away once again and picked up one of the best caramel macchiatos you’ll get around in Morris. Thank you again for being the only Dunkin to acknowledge your mistake and fix it immediately when initially brought to your attention. I’ve always loved Morris Dunkin, but there was like two weeks where they kept messing up my drink, but when I brought it to their attention, they fixed it. Acknowledged it, apologized and promised it would never happened again. And they kept that promise. Minooka I brought up to their attention 1000 times over the years each time I give them another chance and every time they’ll give me a glass of milk or they’ll give me a glass of espresso just cause they get so fed up of trying to make it correctly, so thank you Morris And all the employees from doing your job correctly. If I can give this location negative stars I would. I've worked in Morris for a year and a half and I get a coffee every morning. I wait at least 5-10 minutes everyday for my on-the-go order. Not one employee acts like they know me, despite coming 5 days a week for over a year. ZERO sense of urgency. ZERO customer service. The two times I've attempted to take my grievances to the manager, he was incredibly sassy and unapologetic. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. When covid started affecting business operations, they were also remodeling, there is no organization to the store, there have been times I've had to leave without my food because of the wait. This morning was the last straw. I waited 10 minutes for the cold brew to be refilled as I watched two employees chat and take their time in the back. Finally, I went to the register to ask if there was any way to expedite the process, another team member walked to the back, picked up the container that was sitting in front of the two having a chat, and brought it to the front. How long was that ready to go? (For the record, I've attempted to provide feedback to dunkin donuts through email, no known contact info. Also by phone, but there is a 30+ minute wait to speak to someone on their customer care line.I wonder why they don't want to talk to me?) I'm so mad, I might leave a review everyday until I speak to the owner. WORST....

I usually come here about an hour before they close and I honestly already hate that I do that because I know they're trying to close. Your girl just needs her caramel latte after a rough shift. Lily is the one who usually helps me out. She's always so sweet and pleasant to talk to. It's a great way to end my day. Not many people are kind anymore, but she was. She makes some great drinks too. I'll look forward to seeing her when I come through the drive thru. Thank you Lily!!!!! Hope I'm spelling that right (: Hope is very sweet too. To lazy dunkin goers, stop throwing your trash out in the drive thru lane. You're trashy, and shouldn't have the opportunity to use a drive thru if you can't clean up...
