They have declined so much since covid. Everytime we go there's a problem with the orders. I got my son a chicken nugget kids meal and they failed to tell.me they were out of regular nuggets and just gave him spicy ones. Hes 2. Thankfully I noticed the orange color to them. The same order they had forgot baconator fries. Went in to see about switching to a cheeseburger for him and let them know the fries weren't included. I was greeted and helped right away but everyone took off from the front of the store besides the kid making fries and he didn't speak English. After about 20 mins went by a guy came back up and asked if I had been helped. Explained the situation all over and he got the kids meal amd then just grabbed the baconator fry that has now been sitting at the fry station for over 25 mins and bagged it to give to me instead of making a fewsh one. I decided I would just throw them out and not go back. At a previous visit we had to wait for about 20 mins in the drive thru for the guy who ran the register to come back to the store. When we pulled in he was walking across the drive thru lane to where the employees park. We order and get around to oay and the girl apologized that it would be a min for payment. I figured she was just letting us know that. About 10 mins passes and she came back to apologize and said the guy who runs the register is out smoking or something. Then the guy who crossed the lane to go to his car walked back uo around the building to the door by the drive thru window. I hear him shouting Hey! Hey! So I look up at him and he asked if he could tell the employees to let him in. I knocked on the drivthru window and told them he needed in. A good 5 more mins had passed since he went inside and he comes to the window to get payment with such a horrible attitude. I understand people have bad days but you can never take it out on the customer. I know employees need breaks and had no issue waiting. I'm a smoker as well and understand he could of been hav I ng a horrible night and just needed to take that time to clear his head and smoke but never take it out on the customer. So I turned around went inside showed them the little squirt of cheese and asked for him to give her fresh fries with more cheese on it. The gentleman running the register said sure he went back said showed another employee the little bit of cheese and she said just put more cheese on it THEY DONT DESERVE FRESH FRIES! The guy tread me with disrespect arguing that he couldn’t understand how do I speak (English). That was a racist comment coming from him, I could get it if he said I’m sorry my microphone isn’t working or something else but instead he started fighting. I got tired listening his excuses and asked him to get my money back, he refuse saying couldn’t do it because I order online . another associate tried to talk to me and he interrupted us. That was reckless and again I wasn’t talking to him and he tells me in a rude way TAKE YOUR FOOD AND GO. This is not the first time that I have something similar I been trying to contact a customer support to get my money back and guest what: they haven’t answer me back.
