We had gone there last night at 5:52 p.m. we had ordered two Burger meals and a kids meal and a couple of ice cream sundaes to be made after we ate. After we had found a table I had gone back up to get some mayonnaise. And I noticed that there were ice cream sundaes that match our order, so I asked the lady those were our caramel sundaes. And she had said yes. I reminded her that those were to be made after we ate as they would melt before we were done. so then she proceeded to go and put them in the freezer. So that our hot caramel would no longer be hot and smooth. I had gone and sat back down and our food was brought to us, the french fries were the only thing that was hot. Our burgers were lukewarm at best and put together very poorly. We proceeded to eat them anyway. And as I was looking around while eating I noticed that there was mold on their posters at the table as well as the woodwork around us. After we ate I had gone up to get our ice creams. And while I was waiting to retrieve our ice creams another gentleman had ordered some Sundays and she had not listened to to him either and have not made it right nor did she ring up his order correctly and it had to go back as well. however the manager was nice enough to add extra caramel at no charge to our Sundays as they had not listened and had to put our ice creams in the freezer. on the way back to the table I had looked down on the rug and there was a bloody bandage in the dining room. And while I was trying to order and get attention and have my food taken care of the staff would talk to each other over top of customers. As well as being quite on polite. Every time that I go there since they arrived at this location, the service gets slower as well as...
Read moreUpdated Dairy Queen if your "listening" to your customers then you'd know this location needs work with better employees. What a sad automated answer. Looks like the negative reviews just keep on coming. Also no, I will not be visiting this establishment again. Anyone looking for an attitude with their meal should come here because hey it's free.
Just went through the drive thu 8/2 around 1:30pm. The cashier taking the orders is extremely rude. It was my first time ordering food from here because I usually just order a blizzard. I asked for the $7 cheeseburger meal deal and asked if there was any pickles on it and I didn't get a response only what kind of drink and sundae would I like so I asked again if there were any pickles on the burger and she rudely responded its a cheeseburger it comes with ketchup mustard pickles and cheese. I got upset with her and said I know what a cheeseburger is i asked if it has pickles. I wasn't asking about the other stuff on the burger because some places don't have pickles on their burgers. Honestly the nerve of this cashier. Your cashier at the drive thru needs an attitude check. ( I can see from the reviews this location doesn't care because I see others complaining about rudeness so it must be the...
Read moreUsed the mobile app for the first time tonight. My husband came home furious, we didn't get our complete order. We think they gave our order to someone else, but claimed they dropped it on the floor & had to remake it. I find it disgusting that we paid full price for food we didn't get. It was a large order with three meals, deserts, and we ended up with one of us eating pretzels for a meal and another got only cheese curds. At least we got our son's birthday cake. Yeah it was his birthday. The manager, CJ, did the best he could, but the girl at the drive through window who was rude, and over paid, spoke one thing "$4.26", to which my husband only replied,"Um, I had the mobile order", she was incapable of speech apparently and just turned and walked away from the window. If you make a mistake, at least try to be polite. Obviously, we've had bad experiences in the past and hadn't been to this DQ in several months. But you can only say " they're having a bad day" so many times in a year. We won't be going back. Our hard earned money is better spent else where. I advise everyone to go to a different...
