Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Savannah

I walk in at 845pm, wanted to place an order but was told that they can only do cold items. Store hours say open till 9pm, which should mean all items are available for purchase correct? No where does it say we stop serving specific items 15 minutes prior to close. I run a business and my store hours are what they are, and we sell all items until we lock the doors. Might as well post your hours to say closed at 845. Grill is broken down, cold side is broken down, not enviting to anyone. Employees more concerned about closing than taking care of a customer that helps writes their paycheck. Maybe employees should be coached that vs trying to get out fast. I understand labor constraints, but sales solves all problems, but if the culture is to turn away business by not providing your full menu then maybe you should advertise it that way. This was our 1st time eating at a Jersey Mikes and it was pretty tasty. You can choose between the mini sub, regular sub or the giant sub. I had the regular sub, wheat bread, chicken chipotle add bacon with the works and I almost bite my fingers off. My hubs on the other hand had the Giant philly cheese steak, add bacon with the works and he almost bite his entire hand off eating that thing😁 The subs were so packed with meat that we had to use folks to eat what wouldn't fit in the sub. Listen I love a sloppy sub or burger so it was right up my alley😋 The restaurant was very clean, the staff was kind and the bathrooms were clean. Jersey Mike's is my go to place for Subs. They always get my order perfect. Nothing is ever wrong with my order. I order online and they have never left anything out. I ordered 4 different sandwiches and a wrap the other day. The one thing that I love is they ask you the person's name that the sub is for... they write it on the bag so you don't have to open each one to see what it is and who it's for!!! I wanted to try the Cherry Pepper relish on the side and they are so accommodating. Very nice people working there.
