I only ordered a small chocolate shake that cost me $4.28. It looked & tasted exactly like a Wendy's small chocolate frosty which costs around $1.07. At the drive up window the 16 yr. old young lady put her hand out for the payment. I was paying cash so I handed her the 28¢ first. I heard coins hit the asphalt. So I asked her how much she had in her hand. She says 2¢. Being that it was her error and she dropped the money I didn't feel that I should be the one to have to make up for her error digging for another 26¢ but I did along with 4 singles. She told me to pull up into a slot "8" or "anywhere over there". I proceeded. 7 minutes later, being the only vehicle since I arrived, one would assume that the drive thru order was for the only person waiting. Guess what?,........ Nope. She asked what my order was. She took the order, my money, slapped the order # on my rearview mirror, and told me to park in the area in which I was. My shake was rather liquidy & dripping down the sides of the cup not to mention on her hands. She was ill prepared having no napkin for herself, wiping off the cup, or for me the customer. She knocked on my window and chocolate smears were on my window and got all over my clothes the fabric on my seat and all over my cupholder area! I never even received an apology for having to dig out more change and giving it again to her as if I owed her that when she could have simply walked to the drive up window and picked it up on her way back in from bringing my shake out. She spoke my total, answered my question with two cents, and what was your order, were the only words she said to me. I never heard a complete sentence just short words at that! I definitely should have received an apology and a thank you for giving her the money so her drawer wasn't short or have a nice evening or F... U.. at least she was acknowledging my being in front of her as a paying customer. Needless to say the customer service was greatly lacking bordering rude and all with a sense of entitlement! Then I tasted the shake which was not there very unhappy dissatisfied and will never go back due to having such an incredibly uncomfortable experience with an order lacking in substance lacking in taste lacking in cleanliness. I'm sure with this experience there was not to fully clean out their machines properly so I'm looking forward to having a stomach ache tonight! Read moreThe elderly woman on the drive thru today was by far the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered at a Culver’s especially this one. She keep telling me to hold on at the speaker box then when she finally did take my order she huffed and puffed through the entire order as if my order was draining her. I pull to the window to pay where I sit for an additional 3 minutes while she has her back to me never even acknowledging my presence. She was standing there taking orders, huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes the entire time I sat at the window. I beeped my horn to get her attention, she looked up from the computer screen over her right shoulder rolled her eyes and continued typing. I just drove off. The drive thru was backed up to the heavens and not a single person was waiting for an order.
Also all of the employees are walking around wearing blue gloves which wouldn’t be bad but they aren’t changing them AT ALL! The lady rubbed her nose with the glove and another employee who brought food to the cars was literally...
Read moreWe are regulars at the Culver’s…almost once a week since they opened. The employees are nice and the good is very good, but it’s to the point that whenever we order, almost 50% of the time something is missing or incorrect from the order. This time we ordered a 3pc fish platter and received only 2 fish. We go there because my elderly, sick father loves the fish as his weekly treat from dialysis, therapy and hospital stays. However it’s now to the point that it’s not worth the trip. I called the restaurant about this order and they said they were putting some coupons in the mail for us and that the General Manager would call me the next day….neither of those happened. I would recommend they staff someone as order quality control, just to double check orders before they are given...
