Placed my order over the phone. Had to talk very slow, loud, repeat myself, and correct the person in order for them to understand- they said they're phone quality is always muffled. Also when she called to leave a voicemail to say the delivery driver had picked up the food it was so quiet I couldn't hear what she was saying even with my volume all the way up. Fix your phones. She said they didn't have delivery driver's scheduled so they do it third party through Uber. Okay. I placed my order at 5:20pm and didn't receive it until 6:50pm. I thought they stood behind fast delivery but I guess that's not their slogan anymore. I was already hungry when I ordered, so by the time I got my food I felt very sick. The website said the driver only had one delivery before me but the estimated time kept getting later and later so idk what happened there. I called the store and told them I was frustrated and unhappy with how long the delivery time was taking, manager said there was nothing she could do and did not come off as friendly or genuinely apologetic. How about comp the delivery fee, or at least give some sort of coupon? Show some goodwill when your service is not good. If you're not going to staff your store properly, and rely on third party service, you are still responsible for the quality of service. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I placed an order before my lunch hour, yes my job location orders from this location a lot, however when I placed my order my card was charged but oddly I did not receive an email confirmation so I immediately called the location to verify that my order was received which I was told it was. After about 45 min of waiting I called back to check on the order again I was told it was on the road and they were busy, not a problem I do understand that, so I hung up and waited. Getting close to the end of my break I call back, I was told the order for Heather Carter was placed at the front table, no no food is out there, can you please have it remade and resent. The worker then went to get the manager, the manager then tried to say they thought it was for another order for the same address, I told him that’s not true because he verified my name as well. The manager then asked me did I receive and email confirmation, I told him no that is why I called before to confirm because I found that odd. I was then told well if you didn’t get an email confirmation we did not receive it, no offer to make anything right. Read moreThis store might as well just shut down. They deny deliveries for those who chose the cash option via the app. You order and everything is fine. Order confirmed via email etc.. Then some top notch “manager” who is clearly poor at PR will call you around the time your expecting your order and say that they aren’t taking cash delivery tonight but its been the whole summer! …they claim you can come into the store and just pay for it there. High level of genius involved here.. but its kind of a redundant offer for someone who ordered delivery and was willing to over pay their “freaky fast delivery” to come pick it up.. app and jimmy johns allows for cash payment option yet this store wont honor it time and time again. Its pathetic and makes little sense. Cash payments come with cash tips. Corporate also makes 5 bucks per delivery order which your denying them. If you cant run the store properly just close it and stop...
