Arby's — Restaurant in Scottsdale

The staff was incredibly rude. Especially the woman. I ordered online via the app and went to the drive through to pick up my order. She told me to come in and I asked if I had to becisse I was not wearing shoes. She said yes and when I said I couldn't she essentially yelled at me to just go part and she would bring me the food becuase they have a drive through timer and she can't have someone just waiting there. The app clearly states I can go to the drivethrough so I didn't see why she was being so rude to me. After maybe 2 mins she brought my food out and basically threw it at me didn't say a word and spilled the ad ju sauce all over the bag. I tried to get her attention becuase I wanted some horsey sauce and she gave me the palm without turning around as she stormed away. I backed out of my spot and went to the window and asked the man there for some sauce and she comes storming over gives a big uggg and said to the man give him 5( I ordered 5 sandwiches). I don't know if age was having a bad day or something but as someone in customer service I would never treat a customer like this. Take your bad day out somewhere else don't...

Went in to order food. Had coupons on roast beef classic 4 for 10 and 2 roast beef and cheadder 2 for 7 with there red ranch sauce added. Order comes up at 6 classic roast beef with red ranch sauce. Not what was ordered. When we told them, they said that there's 2 roast beef and cheddar without the red ranch sauce. When I told them its still wrong on the order and explained it to the manager, she took 2 of the 6, gave the 2 roast beef and cheddar and went to the back and put the red ranch sauce in small to go cups. Manager had an attitude while doing it and they weren't even busy. They wouldn't remake the cheddar ones with the red ranch on them. Plus, the person that was taking in the order was wearing ear buds for music so im sure that person wasn't even paying attention of the order either. I ordered the Loaded White Cheddar Mac Bowl, and was very disappointed when I received my food, through the Drive Thru, and it was ice cold. The bottom of the container was hot, but the center of the food was ice cold. I work in the food industry as a chef, this tells me that the food was not being held correctly, and that it was most likely in the temperature danger zone, which as you know, can cause illness and even worse- death. This shows me that this location is either not trained, or does not care to follow safe keeping practices when it comes to food. Very disappointing visit, and to pay over $6 for the food to be served ice cold in the middle, and hot on the bottom of the plastic container, really shameful.
